中频炉硅质干式料复合结合方式,在低温加热后,干式料整体硬化成型,方便去除胎膜,避免石英砂掉落,污染钢水。 

在上线连铸之前,加热到1000度,正常开浇,硅质干式料整体寿命不低于20小时。
