1范围

  本文件规定了高炉喷注料的术语和定义、分类与牌号、技术要求、试验方法、质量评定程序、包装、标志、运输、储存及质量证明书。

  本文件适用于高炉喷注料。

3 术语和定义

  下列术语和定义适用于本文件。

3.1

  高炉喷注料 shotcreting materials for blast furnace lining

  加水或其他液体搅拌后,使用泵送设备,加速凝剂喷射到内衬施工面直接成型造衬的高炉内衬用不定形耐火材料。

4 分类与牌号

  高炉喷注料按结合方式分为硅溶胶结合和水泥结合两类。其中硅溶胶结合注料分为四个牌号:GP-458、GP-55g、GP-60g、GP-70g;水泥结合喷注料分为四个牌号:GP-45S、GP-55s、GP-60s、GP-70s。其中 G、P、g、s分别为“高炉”“喷注料”“硅溶胶”和“水泥”的首个汉字的汉语拼音首字母,阿拉伯数字为该牌号对应材料中 A10:最低质量百分含量。

5 技术要求

  高炉喷注料的理化指标应符合表1的规定。

6试验方法

6.1 试样的制备按 GB/T 4513.5 进行。

6.2 炉身部位用喷注料化学成分的测定按 GB/T 6900 或 GB/T 21114 进行,炉腰、炉腹部位用喷注料化学成分的测定按 GB/T 16555 进行。

6.3 体积密度、常温抗折强度、常温耐压强度、加热永久线变化的测定按 GB/T 4513.6 进行

7质量评定程序

7.1 组批

7.1.1 产品按连续正常生产的同一牌号组批。原料或生产工艺变动时,则应另行组批7.1.2 同一牌号的产品每批不超过 60 t。

7.2 抽样及合格判定规则

7.2.1 抽样按 GB/T 4513.2 进行。

7.2.2 体积密度、化学成分、常温抗折强度为验收检验项目,检验结果的平均值均符合表1的规定值时该批产品为合格。检验结果如有不合格项时,应按7.2.1的规定重新取双倍数量试样对该不合格项目进行复检。复检结果符合表1的规定,则判定该批产品合格;否则,判为不合格。

7.3 合格评定形式

  合格评定可采用供货方声明、使用方认定或第三方认证的形式进行。

8 包装、标志、运输、储存及质量证明书

8.1产品的包装、标志、运输和储存按 GB/T 15545 进行,单位包装重量由供需双方协议确定。8.2 产品发出时应附有供方质量部门签发的质量证明书,载明供方名称或厂标、需方名称、生产日期、保质期、发货日期、合同号、标准编号、产品名称、牌号、批号及相应的理化检验结果等。

1 Range

  This document specifies the terms and definitions, classification and grades, technical requirements, test methods, quality assessment procedures, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificates of blast furnace injection materials.

  This document applies to blast furnace injection materials.

2 Normative reference documents

  The contents of the following documents constitute the essential provisions of this document through normative references in the text. Where: References with dates, only the version corresponding to the project period applies to this document: References without dates, the latest version (including all amendment orders) applies to this document.

3 Terms and definitions

  The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1

  Shotcreting materials for blast furnace lining

  After mixing with water or other liquids, using the pumping equipment, the accelerator is sprayed into the lining construction surface of the blast furnace lining directly shaped refractory material.

4 Classification and grade

  The blast furnace injection materials can be divided into two types according to the bonding mode: silica sol bonding and cement bonding. The silicon-sol-bonded injection is divided into four grades :GP-458, GP-55g, GP-60g, GP-70g; Cement binder is divided into four grades :GP-45S, GP-55s, GP-60s, GP-70s. Where G, P, g and s are respectively the Chinese Pinyin initial letters of the first Chinese character of “blast furnace”, “spray material”, “silica sol” and “cement”, and the Arabic number is A10: the lowest mass percentage content of the corresponding material of this grade.

5 Technical Requirements

  The physical and chemical indexes of blast furnace injection materials should conform to the provisions of Table 1.

6 Test methods

6.1 The sample was prepared according to GB/T 4513.5.

6.2 The chemical composition of the spray material used in the body of the furnace shall be determined according to GB/T 6900 or GB/T 21114, and the chemical composition of the spray material used in the waist and belly of the furnace shall be determined according to GB/T 16555.

6.3 The measurement of bulk density, flexural strength at room temperature, compressive strength at room temperature and permanent line change of heating was carried out according to GB/T 4513.6

7 Quality assessment procedures

7.1 Batch

7.1.1 The products shall be batch according to the same grade of continuous normal production. In case of changes in raw materials or production processes, separate batches shall be set up 7.1.2 Each batch of the same brand of products shall not exceed 60 t.

7.2 Rules for sampling and conformity determination

7.2.1 Sampling is performed according to GB/T 4513.2.

7.2.2 The bulk density, chemical composition and bending strength at room temperature are acceptance inspection items, and the batch of products shall be qualified when the average value of the test results meet the specified values in Table 1. If there are any nonconforming items in the test results, a double number of samples shall be taken in accordance with the provisions of 7.2.1 for reinspection of the nonconforming items. The reinspection results meet the requirements of Table 1, then the batch of products are judged to be qualified; Otherwise, it is disqualified.

7.3 Form of conformity assessment

  The conformity assessment can be made in the form of the supplier’s declaration, the user’s certification or the third party’s certification.

8 Packing, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate

8.1 The packaging, marking, transportation and storage of the product shall be carried out in GB/T 15545, and the unit packaging weight shall be determined by agreement between the supply and demand parties. 8.2 The product shall be issued with a quality certificate issued by the quality department of the supplier, indicating the supplier’s name or factory standard, demander’s name, production date, shelf life, delivery date, contract number, standard number, product name, brand number, batch number and corresponding physical and chemical inspection results.
