活性石灰回转窑用不烧衬砖按使用部位、使用条件以及理化指标分为 SHB-75、SHB-68 和 SHB-60三个牌号,牌号中 S、H、B分别为“石灰”“回转窑”“不烧衬砖”的首个汉字的汉语拼音首字母,阿拉伯数字为三氧化二铝的质量百分数。
4 技术要求
4.1 活性石灰回转窑用不烧衬砖的理化指标应符合表1的规定。

5 试验方法
5.1 试样的制样按 GB/T 7321 进行。
5.2 三氧化二铝的测定按 GB/T 6900 或 GB/T 21114 进行。
5.3 体积密度、显气孔率的测定按 GB/T 2997 进行。
5.4 常温耐压强度的测定按 GB/T 5072 进行。
5.5 加热永久线变化的测定按 GB/T 5988 进行。
5.6 荷重软化温度的测定按 YB/T 370 进行。
5.7抗热震性的测定按 GB/T 30873 进行。
5.8 尺寸和外观的检査按 GB/T 10326 进行。
6质量评定程序
6.1 组批
产品按同一牌号组批,每批重量不大于 100 t。
6.2 抽样及合格判定规则
产品抽样按 GB/T 10325 进行。
6.3 合格评定形式
合格评定可采用供货方声明、使用方认定或第三方认证的形式进行。
7 包装、标志、运输、储存和质量证明书
7.1 产品的包装、标志、运输、储存按 GB/T 16546 进行。
7.2 产品发出时应附有供方质量部门签发的质量证明书,载明供方名称或厂标、需方名称、生产日期、保质期、发货日期、合同号、标准编号、产品名称、牌号、砖号、批号及相应的理化检验结果等。
Unfiredbricks for lime rotary kilns
1 Range
This standard specifies the grades, technical requirements, test methods, quality assessment procedures, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificates of non-fired lining bricks for active lime rotary kilns.
This standard is applicable to the working layer of non-fired lining bricks and composite bricks for active lime rotary kilns.

3 Grade
The non-fired lining bricks for active lime rotary kiln are divided into three grades SHB-75, SHB-68 and SHB-60 according to the use position, the use conditions and the physical and chemical indexes, and the S, H and B in the grades are respectively the Chinese Pinyin initial letter of the first Chinese character of “lime”, “rotary kiln” and “non-fired lining brick”, and the Arabic numerals are the mass percentage of aluminum oxide.
4 Technical Requirements
4.1 The physical and chemical indexes of non-fired lining bricks for active lime rotary kilns shall conform to the provisions of Table 1.

4.2 The size deviation and appearance of non-fired lining bricks for active lime rotary kiln shall comply with the provisions of Table 2.

5 Test methods
5.1 Sample preparation is carried out according to GB/T 7321.
5.2 Aluminum oxide is measured in GB/T 6900 or GB/T 21114.
5.3 The bulk density and apparent porosity were measured according to GB/T 2997.
5.4 The compressive strength at room temperature shall be measured according to GB/T 5072.
5.5 The determination of the permanent line change of heating was performed according to GB/T 5988.
5.6 The load softening temperature was measured according to YB/T 370.
5.7 Thermal shock resistance is measured according to GB/T 30873.
5.8 Dimensions and appearance are checked in GB/T 10326.
6 Quality assessment procedures
6.1 Batch Groups
Products according to the same brand batch, each batch weight is not more than 100 t.
6.2 Sampling and conformity determination rules
Product sampling was conducted according to GB/T 10325.
6.3 Form of conformity assessment
The conformity assessment can be made in the form of the supplier’s declaration, the user’s certification or the third party’s certification.
7 Packing, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate
7.1 Packaging, marking, transportation and storage of products shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 16546.
7.2 The product shall be issued with a quality certificate issued by the quality department of the supplier, indicating the name of the supplier or factory label, the name of the demander, production date, shelf life, delivery date, contract number, standard number, product name, brand number, brick number, lot number and corresponding physical and chemical inspection results.
