硬质黏土熟料

1 范围

  本标准规定了硬质黏土熟料的术语和定义、牌号、技术要求,试验方法、质量评定程序、包装、标志、运输、储存和质量证明书。

  本标准适用于耐火材料用的硬质黏土熟料。

  下列文件对于本标准的应用是必不可少的。凡是注日期的引用文件,仅注日期的版本适用于本文件。凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本(包括所有的修改单)适用于本文件。

3术语和定义

  下列术语和定义适用于本文件。

3.1硬质黏土熟料 fint clay clinker

  是指以高岭石为主要矿物组成的硬质黏土,经高温煅烧后形成的以莫来石为主品相的黏土质耐火熟料。

4 牌号

  硬质黏土熟料按三氧化二铝质量百分含量分为 YNS-45、YNS-44、YNS-43、YNS-42、YNS-40 及YNS-36 六个牌号。其中,Y、N、S分别为“硬”“黏”“熟”的汉语拼音首字母,数字为三氧化二铝质量百分含量的下限值。

5 技术要求

5.1 硬质黏土熟料的理化指标应符合表1规定。

5.2 如有特殊要求,由供需双方另行协商解决。

6试验方法

6.1 化学成分的测定按 GB/T 6900 或 GB/T 21114 进行。

6.2 耐火度的测定按 GB/T 7322 进行。

6.3 体积密度和吸水率的测定按 GB/T 2999 进行。

6.4 杂质含量的测定按 YB/T 5180 进行。

7 质量评定程序

7.1 组批

  产品按同一牌号、同一生产工艺进行组批,每批不超过 300 t。

7.2 抽样及合格判定规则

  产品的抽样按 GB/T 17617 进行。化学成分、体积密度和吸水率为验收检验项目,检验结果符合表1的规定值时,该批产品合格。检验结果如有不合格项时,应按7.2的规定重新取双倍数量的试样进行复验。复验结果符合表1的规定,则判定该批产品合格;否则,判定为不合格。

7.3 合格评定形式

  合格评定可采用供货方声明、使用方认定或第三方认证的形式进行。

8 包装、标志、运输、贮存和质量证明书

8.1 产品的包装、标志、运输和储存按 YB/T 5142 进行。

8.2 产品出厂时,应附有供方质量监督部门签发的质量证明书,载明供方名称、需方名称、产品名称和牌号、合同号、生产日期、执行标准编号及理化指标等内容。

 

 

 

Hard clay clinker

1 Range

  This standard specifies the terms and definitions, grades, technical requirements, test methods, quality assessment procedures, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificates of hard clay clinker.

  This standard applies to hard clay clinker for refractory materials.

3 Terms and definitions

  The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Hard clay clinker fint clay clinker

  It refers to the hard clay composed of kaolinite as the main mineral and formed by calcination at high temperature with mullite as the main product phase of clay refractory clinker.

4 Brand

  According to the mass percentage of aluminum oxide, the hard clay clinker is divided into six grades, YNS-45, YNS-44, YNS-43, YNS-42, YNS-40 and YNS-36. Among them,Y, N and S are the initial letters of “hard”, “sticky” and “ripe” in Chinese pinyin respectively, and the number is the lower limit of the mass percentage content of aluminum oxide.

5 Technical Requirements

5.1 Physical and chemical indexes of hard clay clinker shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.

5.2 If there are any special requirements, the parties shall negotiate separately.

6 Test methods

6.1 Chemical composition is determined in GB/T 6900 or GB/T 21114.

6.2 Refractories shall be measured according to GB/T 7322.

6.3 Volumetric density and water absorption were measured according to GB/T 2999.

6.4 The impurity content was determined according to YB/T 5180.

7 Quality assessment procedures

7.1 Batch

  Products according to the same brand, the same production process for batch, each batch does not exceed 300 t.

7.2 Rules for sampling and conformity determination

  Sampling of products was carried out according to GB/T 17617. Chemical composition, bulk density and water absorption are the acceptance inspection items. When the test results meet the specified values in Table 1, the products are qualified. If there are any unqualified items in the test results, a double number of samples shall be taken for retesting in accordance with the provisions of 7.2. The reinspection results meet the requirements of Table 1, then the batch of products are judged to be qualified; Otherwise, it is judged as unqualified.
