按理化指标分为 KSL-35、KSL-40、KSL-60、KSL-75 和 KSL-80 五个牌号,牌号中K、S、L为可、塑铝汉语拼音首字母,数字为氧化铝质量百分数。
4技术要求
黏土质和高铝质耐火可塑料的技术指标应符合表1的规定。

5试验方法
5.1试样的制备按YB/T 5116的规定进行。
5.2氧化铝的测定按GB/T 6900或GB/T 21114的规定进行。
5.3体积密度的测定按YB/T 5200的规定进行。
5.4常温耐压强度的测定按GB/T 5072的规定进行。
5.5常温抗折强度的测定按GB/T 3001的规定进行。
5.6加热永久线变化的测定按GB/T 5988的规定进行。
5.7可塑性指数的测定按YB/T 5119的规定进行。
5.8含水率的测定按GB/T 3007的规定进行。
6质量评定程序
6.1组批
产品按同一牌号组批,每批不大于30t。原料或生产工艺变更时应另行组批。
6.2抽样及合格判定规则
6.2.1从每批产品随机抽取3个包装物,从每个包装物中间部位抽取 8kg~10kg,密封保存。
6.2.2氧化铝含量、加热永久线变化、常温抗折强度、可塑性指数为验收检验项目。
6.2.3检验结果符合表1的规定为合格。检验结果有不合格项时,应按6.2.1重新抽取试样对不合格项进行复验。复验结果的平均值符合表1的规定,判定该批产品为合格,否则为不合格。
6.3合格评定形式
合格评定形式可采用供货方声明、使用方认定或第三方认证的形式进行。
7包装、标志、运输、储存及质量证明书
7.1包装、标志、运输及储存按GB/T 15545的规定进行。
7.2产品发出时应附有质量证明书,载明供方名称、需方名称、生产日期、标准编号、产品名称、牌号、批号、理化指标及保存期等内容。
7.3产品发出时应附有产品使用说明书。
Fireclay and high alumina plastic refractories
1 Range
This standard specifies the grades, technical requirements, test methods, quality assessment procedures, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificates of clay and high alumina refractory plastics.
This standard is applicable to clay and high alumina refractory plastics for high temperature industrial furnaces.

3 Brand
According to physical and chemical indicators, it is divided into KSL-35, KSL-40, KSL-60, KSL-75 and KSL-80 five grades, in which K, S and L are the initial letters of Chinese pinyin, plastic aluminum, and the number is the mass percentage of alumina.
4 Technical Requirements
The technical indicators of clay and high alumina refractory plastics shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.

5 Test methods
5.1 The preparation of samples shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of YB/T 5116.
5.2 Alumina is determined in accordance with GB/T 6900 or GB/T 21114.
5.3 Volumetric density shall be determined according to YB/T 5200.
5.4 The determination of compressive strength at room temperature shall be carried out according to the provisions of GB/T 5072.
5.5 The bending strength at room temperature shall be determined according to GB/T 3001.
5.6 The determination of permanent line change of heating shall be carried out according to GB/T 5988.
5.7 The plasticity index was determined according to YB/T 5119.
5.8 Moisture content shall be determined according to GB/T 3007.
6 Quality assessment procedures
6.1 Batch Groups
Products according to the same brand group batch, each batch is not more than 30t. Raw materials or production process changes should be set up separately.
6.2 Sampling and conformity determination rules
6.2.1 Randomly extract 3 packages from each batch of products, extract 8kg~10kg from the middle part of each package, seal and store.
6.2.2 Alumina content, heating permanent line change, bending strength at room temperature and plasticity index are the acceptance test items.
6.2.3 The test results shall be qualified in accordance with the provisions of Table 1. If there are any unqualified items in the test results, the unqualified items shall be retested according to 6.2.1. The average value of the reinspection results conforms to the provisions of Table 1, and the batch of products is judged to be qualified, otherwise it is unqualified.
6.3 Form of conformity assessment
The conformity assessment can be made in the form of the supplier’s declaration, the user’s certification or the third party’s certification.
7 Packing, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate
7.1 Packing, marking, transportation and storage shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 15545.
7.2 The product shall be issued with a quality certificate, indicating the name of the supplier, the name of the demander, the production date, the standard number, the product name, the brand number, the batch number, the physical and chemical index and the storage period.
7.3 The product shall be shipped with the product instruction manual.
