1范围
本标准规定了镁质、镁铝质,镁铬质耐火泥浆的分类,技术要求、试验方法、质量评定程序、包装、标志、运输、贮存及质量证明书。
本标准适用于砌筑镁砖、镁铝砖、镁铬砖等用的镁质、镁铝质、镁铬质耐火泥浆

3分类
镁质耐火泥浆按MgO含量分为:MN-91、MN-95、MN-97三个牌号;镁铝质耐火泥浆按MgO含量分为:MLN-70,MLN-80两个牌号;镁铬质耐火泥浆按Cr2O3,含量分为:MGN-8、MGN-12、MGN-16,MGN-20四个牌号。
L、G、N分别代表镁、铝、铬、泥浆的汉语拼音首字母,其后的数字分别代表MgO,Cr2O3的质量分数。
4技术要求
镁质、镁铝质、镁铬质耐火泥浆的理化指标应分别符合表1、表2、表3的规定,化学成分以灼烧后为基准。

5试验方法
5.1化学分析以灼烧后试样按GB/T 21114或镁质、镁铝质按GB/T 5069、镁铬质按GB/T 5070进行。
5.2常温抗折粘接强度的检验按GB/T 22459.4进行。
5.3加热永久线变化率的检验按GB/T 22459.7进行,
5.4粘接时间的检验按GB/T 22459.3进行。
5.5粒度分布(筛分析)的检验按GB/T 22459.5进行。
6质量评定程序
6.1组批
6.1.1产品按连续正常生产的同一牌号组批。原料或生产工艺变动时,应另行组批。
6.1.2同一牌号产品的最大批量不应超过60t。
6.2抽样
产品的抽样按 GB/T 17617的规定进行。
6.3判定规则
化学成分、常温抗折粘接强度、加热永久线变化率为验收检验项目。检验结果均符合表1、表2、表3的规定值时,该批产品为合格。
检验结果有不合格项时,应按6.2的规定重新抽取试样进行检验。检验结果符合表1、表2、表3的规定,则判定该批产品合格;否则,判为不合格。
6.4合格评定形式
合格评定可采用供货方声明、使用方认定或第三方认证的形式进行。
7包装、标志、运输、贮存及质量证明书
7.1包装、标志、运输及贮存应符合 GB/T 15545的规定。7.2液体结合剂可分别包装发货。
7.3产品发出时供方应提供质量证明书和产品使用说明书,质量证明书应载明供方名称、需方名称、生产日期、合同号、标准编号、产品名称、牌号、批号、理化指标及保存期等内容。

3 Categories
Magnesium refractory mud according to MgO content is divided into :MN-91, MN-95, MN-97 three grades; Mg-aluminum refractory mud according to MgO content is divided into :MLN-70,MLN-80 two grades; Magnesium chrome refractory mud according to Cr2O3, content is divided into: MG-8, MG-12, MG-16, MG-20 four grades.
M, L, G, and N respectively represent the initial letters of the Chinese pinyin of magnesium, aluminum, chromium, and mud, and the following numbers represent the mass fraction of MgO and Cr2O3 respectively.
4 Technical Requirements
The physical and chemical indexes of magnesia, magnesia aluminum and magnesia chromium refractory mud should conform to the provisions of Table 1, Table 2 and Table 3 respectively, and the chemical composition is based on the burning.

5 Test methods
5.1 Chemical analysis shall be carried out according to GB/T 21114 or GB/T 5069 for magnesium, Mg-aluminum, and GB/T 5070 for magnesium chromium after burning.
5.2 The bending and bonding strength at room temperature shall be tested according to GB/T 22459.4.
5.3 The test of the change rate of the heating permanent line shall be carried out according to GB/T 22459.7.
5.4 The bonding time is tested according to GB/T 22459.3.
5.5 Particle size distribution (sieve analysis) was tested according to GB/T 22459.5.
6 Quality assessment procedures
6.1 Batch Groups
6.1.1 The products shall be batch according to the same grade of continuous normal production. In case of changes in raw materials or production processes, separate batches should be made.
6.1.2 The maximum quantity of the same brand product shall not exceed 60t.
6.2 Sampling
Sampling of products is carried out according to GB/T 17617.
6.3 Decision Rules
Chemical composition, bending and bonding strength at room temperature, and change rate of heating permanent line are the acceptance inspection items. When the test results meet the specified values in Table 1, Table 2 and Table 3, the batch of products is qualified.
If there is any unqualified item in the test result, the sample shall be taken again for testing in accordance with the provisions of 6.2. The inspection results meet the requirements of Table 1, Table 2 and Table 3, and the batch of products are judged to be qualified; Otherwise, it is disqualified.
6.4 Form of conformity assessment
The conformity assessment can be made in the form of the supplier’s declaration, the user’s certification or the third party’s certification.
7 Packing, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate
7.1 Packaging, marking, transportation and storage shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 15545.
7.2 Liquid binders can be packaged and shipped separately.
7.3 When the products are issued, the supplier shall provide the quality certificate and the product instruction manual. The quality certificate shall contain the name of the supplier, the name of the demander, the production date, the contract number, the standard number, the product name, the brand number, the batch number, the physical and chemical index and the storage period.
