1 范围
本标准规定了无碳钢包衬砖的牌号、形状尺寸、技术要求、试验方法、质量评定程序、包装、标志、运输、储存及质量证明书。
本标准适用于砌筑钢包工作层用不烧无碳内衬制品。

3 牌号及形状尺寸
3.1 无碳钢包衬砖按理化指标分为 GLM95、GLM93、GLM90、GLM85 四个牌号。牌号中“G”、“L”、“M”分别为“钢”、“铝”、“镁”的汉语拼音首字母,其后的阿拉伯数字为三氧化铝和氧化镁合量的质量百分数。3.2 无碳钢包衬砖的形状及尺寸应优先采用 YB/T 4198 的规定,也可由供需双方协商确定。
4 技术要求
4.1 无碳钢包衬砖的理化指标应符合表1的规定。

5 试验方法
5.1 检验制样按 GB/T 7321 进行。
5.2 Al2O3,、MgO 的测定按 GB/T 5069 或 GB/T 21114 进行。
5.3 常温耐压强度的测定按 GB/T 5072 进行。
5.4 体积密度和显气孔率的测定按 GB/T 2997 进行。
5.5荷重软化温度的测定按 YB/T 370 进行。
5.6加热永久线变化的测定按 GB/T 5988 进行。
5.7 外观、尺寸及断面的检査按 GB/T 10326 进行。
6 质量评定程序
6.1 组批
按同一牌号、同一工艺生产的产品进行组批,每批不超过 120t。
6.2 抽样及合格判定规则
6.2.1 产品的抽样和验收按 GB/T 10325 进行。
6.2.2 化学成分、常温耐压强度和加热永久线变化为验收检验项目。
6.3 合格评定形式
合格评定可采用供货方声明、使用方认定或第三方认证的形式进行,
7包装、标志、运输、储存及质量证明书
7.1 产品的包装、标志、运输和储存按 GB/T 16546 进行,或根据供需双方协议进行。
7.2 产品出厂时均应附有供方质量监督部门签发的质量证明书,载明供方名称、需方名称、发货日期、产品名称、牌号、砖号、批号及相应的理化指标等内容。
Non-carbon ladle lining bricks
1 Range
This standard specifies the grade, shape, size, technical requirements, test methods, quality assessment procedures, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate of non-carbon steel clad brick.
This standard is applicable to non-burning non-carbon lining products for the working layer of ladle masonry.

3 grade and shape size
3.1 Non-carbon steel clad brick according to physical and chemical indexes are divided into GLM95, GLM93, GLM90, GLM85 four grades. In the brand, “G”, “L” and “M” are the initial letters of Chinese pinyin for “steel”, “aluminum” and “magnesium” respectively, and the Arabic numerals after them are the mass percentage of the combined amount of trialumina and magnesium oxide. 3.2 The shape and size of the non-carbon steel clad brick shall preferentially adopt the provisions of YB/T 4198, which may also be determined by the supply and demand parties through negotiation.
4 Technical Requirements
4.1 The physical and chemical indexes of non-carbon steel clad brick shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.

4.2 The size permissible deviation and appearance of non-carbon steel clad brick shall comply with the provisions of Table 2.

5 Test methods
5.1 Test sample preparation shall be carried out according to GB/T 7321.
5.2 Determination of Al2O3, MgO according to GB/T 5069 or GB/T 21114.
5.3 The compressive strength at room temperature shall be measured according to GB/T 5072.
5.4 The bulk density and apparent porosity were measured according to GB/T 2997.
5.5 The load softening temperature was measured according to YB/T 370.
5.6 The determination of permanent line change of heating was performed according to GB/T 5988.
5.7 The inspection of appearance, size and section shall be carried out according to GB/T 10326.
6 Quality assessment procedures
6.1 Batch Groups
Batch of products produced by the same brand and the same process, with each batch not exceeding 120t.
6.2 Sampling and conformity determination rules
6.2.1 Sampling and acceptance of products shall be carried out according to GB/T 10325.
6.2.2 Chemical composition, compressive strength at room temperature and permanent heating line change are acceptance inspection items.
6.3 Form of conformity assessment
Conformity assessment can be carried out in the form of supplier declaration, user certification or third-party certification.
7 Packing, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate
7.1 Products are packed, marked, transported and stored in GB/T 16546 or in accordance with the agreement of the parties.
7.2 The product shall be accompanied by a quality certificate issued by the quality supervision department of the supplier, indicating the name of the supplier, the name of the demander, the date of delivery, the name of the product, the brand number, the brick number, the batch number and the corresponding physical and chemical index.
