1 范围

  本标准规定了钢包喷注料的术语和定义、牌号、技术要求、试验方法、质量评定程序、包装、标志、运输、储存及质量证明书。

  本标准适用于刚玉质、刚玉尖品石质和镁质、镁铝尖品石质钢包喷注料。

  下列文件对于本文件的应用是必不可少的。凡是注日期的引用文件,仅注日期的版本适用于本文件。凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本(包括所有的修改单)适用于本文件。

3术语和定义

  下列术语和定义适用于本文件。

3.1

  钢包喷注料 refractory shotcreting for ladle

  加水或其他液体搅拌后,使用泵送设备,加促凝剂喷射到施工面直接成型造衬的不定形耐火材料。

4 牌号

  钢包喷注料根据化学成分分为 PS-A、PS-AM、PS-M、PS-MA 四个牌号。其中,P、S分别为“喷”“射”的汉语拼音首字母,A 代表刚玉质,M 代表镁质,AM 代表铝镁质或铝镁尖品石质,MA 代表镁铝质或镁铝尖晶石质。

5 技术要求

5.1 钢包喷注料的理化指标应符合表1的规定。

6 试验方法

6.1 试样制备,钢包喷注料制样方法分为两种,一种是作为不定形耐火材料按 GB/T 4513.5进行;另一种是作为喷射料按喷射施工制样,按照“附录 A”进行。具体制样方法,以供需双方合同约定为准。

6.2 化学成分的测定:PS-A 按 GB/T 6900或 GB/T 21114进行,PS-AM、PS-MA、PS-M 按 GB/T 5069或 GB/T 21114 进行。

6.3 自流值的测定按 GB/T 4513.4 进行。

6.4 体积密度、常温抗折强度、常温耐压强度和加热永久线变化的测定按 GB/T 4513.6 进行。

7质量评定程序

7.1组批

  钢包喷注料应按同一牌号组批,每批不大于 60 t。

7.2 抽样

  抽样按 GB/T 4513.2 进行。

7.3 合格判定规则

7.3.1 检验结果均应符合表1的规定。

7.3.2 检验结果如有不合格项时,应重新取双倍数量的试样对不合格项进行复验。复验结果的平均值符合表1的规定,否则,判为不合格。

7.4 合格评定形式

  合格评定可采用供货方声明、使用方认定或第三方认证的形式进行。

8 包装、标志、运输、储存及质量证明书

8.1 包装、标志、运输和储存按 GB/T 15545 进行。

8.2 产品发出时,应附有供方质量部门签发的质量证明书,载明供方名称、需方名称、生产日期、发货日期、保质期、合同号、产品名称、标准编号、牌号、批号及相应的理化指标检验结果等。

1 Range

  This standard specifies the terms and definitions, grades, technical requirements, test methods, quality assessment procedures, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificates of ladle spray materials.

  This standard is applicable to corundum, corundum spines, magnesia, magnesia aluminum spines ladle injection materials.

3 Terms and definitions

  The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1

  Refractory shotcreting for ladle

  After mixing with water or other liquids, the use of pumping equipment, adding coagulant spray to the construction surface directly formed and lined amorphous refractory.

4 brand

  According to the chemical composition of the ladle spray is divided into PS-A, PS-AM, PS-M, PS-MA four grades. Among them,P and S are the initial letters of Chinese pinyin for “spray” and “shoot” respectively,A stands for corundum,M stands for magnesium,AM stands for aluminum-magnesium or aluminum-magnesium spinel, and MA stands for magnesium-aluminum or magnesium-aluminum spinel.

5 Technical Requirements

5.1 The physical and chemical indexes of ladle injection materials shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.

6 Test methods

6.1 Sample preparation, ladle injection material sample preparation method is divided into two, one is as amorphous refractory material according to GB/T 4513.5; The other is used as A spray material according to the spray construction sample preparation, in accordance with “Appendix A”. With a system sample method, the contract between the supply and demand parties shall prevail.

6.2 Determination of chemical composition :PS-A according to GB/T 6900 or GB/T 21114,PS-AM, PS-MA, PS-M according to GB/T 5069 or GB/T 21114.

6.3 The measurement of artesian flow value shall be carried out according to GB/T 4513.4.

6.4 The measurement of bulk density, flexural strength at room temperature, compressive strength at room temperature and permanent line change of heating was carried out according to GB/T 4513.6.

7 Quality assessment procedures

7.1 Batch

  Ladle spray material should be batch according to the same grade, each batch is not more than 60 t.

7.2 Sampling

  Sampling was conducted according to GB/T 4513.2.

7.3 Qualification Rules

7.3.1 Test results shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.

7.3.2 If there are any unqualified items in the test results, double the number of samples shall be taken to retest the unqualified items. The average value of the reinspection results conforms to the provisions of Table 1, otherwise, it will be judged as unqualified.

7.4 Form of conformity assessment

  The conformity assessment can be made in the form of the supplier’s declaration, the user’s certification or the third party’s certification.

8 Packing, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate

8.1 Packing, marking, transportation and storage shall be carried out in GB/T 15545.

8.2 When the products are issued, the quality certificate issued by the quality department of the supplier shall be attached, indicating the name of the supplier, the name of the demander, the date of production, the date of delivery, the shelf life, the contract number, the product name, the standard number, the brand number, the batch number and the corresponding physical and chemical index test results.
