3定义
下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
3.1
热风炉用红柱石砖 andalusite bricks for hot blast stove
热风炉用红柱石砖是指以天然红柱石为主要原料的烧成制品。
4 牌号及形状尺寸
4.1 热风炉用红柱石砖按理化指标分为:RH-155、RH-150、RH-145、RH-140、RH-135、RH-130 六个牌号。其中 R和 H 分别是“热风炉”“红柱石”的首个汉字的汉语拼音首字母,后面的数字为蠕变率试验温度的 1/10。
4.2 砖的形状尺寸应符合 GB/T 2992.1、YB/T 5012的规定,也可按需方提供的图纸进行生产。
5 技术要求
5.1 热风炉用红柱石砖的理化指标应符合表1的规定。

5.2热风炉用红柱石砖的尺寸允许偏差及外观应符合表2和表3的规定。
5.3单重大于 18 kg或难于机械成型的砖,其技术要求参照本标准由供需双方协议确定。
6试验方法
6.1砖的制样按 GB/T 7321进行。
6.2化学成分的测定按GB/T 6900或者GB/T 21114进行。
6.3体积密度和显气孔率的测定按GB/T 2997进行。
6.4常温耐压强度的测定按GB/T 5072进行。
6.5荷重软化温度的测定按YB/T 370进行。
6.6加热永久线变化的测定按GB/T 5988进行。
6.7蠕变率的测定按GB/T 5073进行。
6.8抗热震性的测定按GB/T 30873进行。
6.9砖的尺寸、外观及断面的检査按GB/T 10326进行。
7质量评定程序
7.1组批
按牌号进行编批,每批不大于300t.
7.2 抽样及合格判定规则
砖的抽样及验收按GB/T 10325进行。Al2O3,含量、TiO2,含量、显气孔率、常温耐压强度及蠕变率为验收检验项目。
7.3 合格评定形式
合格评定可采用供货方声明、使用方认定或第三方认证的形式进行。
8 包装、标志、运输、储存及质量证明书
8.1砖采用托盘或根据用户要求进行包装,
8.2砖的运输和储存按GB/T 16546进行,
8.3 砖发出时应附有供方质量部门签发的质量证明书,载明供方名称或厂标、需方名称、发货日期、合同号、标准编号、产品名称、牌号、砖号、批号及相应的理化检验结果等。
Andalusite bricks for hot blast stove
1 Range
This standard specifies the definition, grade, shape and size, technical requirements, test methods, quality assessment procedures, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate of andalusite bricks for hot blast furnaces.
This standard is applicable to andalusite bricks for hot blast furnaces in iron and steel industry.

3 Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Andalusite bricks for hot blast stove
Andalusite brick for hot blast furnace refers to the fired product with natural andalusite as the main raw material.
4 Grade and shape size
4.1 andalusite bricks for hot blast furnaces are divided into :RH-155, RH-150, RH-145, RH-140, RH-135, RH-130 six grades according to physical and chemical indexes. Where R and H are the Chinese pinyin initial letter of the first Chinese character of “hot blast furnace” and “andalusite” respectively, the number behind is 1/10 of the creep rate test temperature.
4.2 The shape and size of the bricks shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 2992.1 and YB/T 5012, and can also be produced according to the drawings provided by the demander.
5 Technical Requirements
5.1 The physical and chemical indexes of andalusite bricks for hot blast furnaces shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.

a Height (thickness) should be graded according to customer requirements; When the length (width) is ≥250 and the height (thickness) is ≥150, the size allows the deviation between the supply and demand parties to negotiate. |
5.2 The size permissible deviation and appearance of andalusite bricks for hot blast furnaces shall comply with the provisions of Table 2 and Table 3.
5.3 For bricks weighing more than 18 kg or difficult to form mechanically, the technical requirements shall be determined by agreement between the supply and demand parties by reference to this standard.
6 Test methods
6.1 Brick sample preparation is carried out according to GB/T 7321.
6.2 Chemical composition shall be determined according to GB/T 6900 or GB/T 21114.
6.3 The bulk density and apparent porosity were measured according to GB/T 2997.
6.4 The compressive strength at room temperature shall be measured according to GB/T 5072.
6.5 The load softening temperature was measured according to YB/T 370.
6.6 The determination of permanent line change of heating was carried out according to GB/T 5988.
6.7 The creep rate was measured in GB/T 5073.
6.8 Thermal shock resistance is measured according to GB/T 30873.
6.9 The inspection of size, appearance and section of bricks shall be carried out according to GB/T 10326.
7 Quality assessment procedures
7.1 Batch
Batch according to the grade, each batch is not more than 300 t.
7.2 Rules for sampling and conformity determination
Sampling and acceptance of bricks shall be carried out according to GB/T 10325. Al2O3, content, TiO2, content, apparent porosity, compressive strength at room temperature and creep rate are the acceptance test items.
7.3 Form of conformity assessment
The conformity assessment can be made in the form of the supplier’s declaration, the user’s certification or the third party’s certification.
8 Packing, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate
8.1 The bricks shall be packed in pallets or according to user requirements.
8.2 Bricks are transported and stored in GB/T 16546,
8.3 When the bricks are issued, the quality certificate issued by the quality department of the supplier shall be attached, indicating the name of the supplier or factory mark, the name of the demander, the date of delivery, the contract number, the standard number, the product name, the brand number, the brick number, the lot number and the corresponding physical and chemical inspection results.
