1范围

  本标准规定了大型球团回转窑用浇注料及预制砖的分类、技术要求、试验方法、质量评定程序、包装、标志、运输、储存和质量证明书。

  本标准适用于年产 120万吨及以上的大型球团回转窑用浇注料及预制砖用浇注料。

3分类

  大型球团回转窑用浇注料及预制砖分为QHJ-60,QHJ-65,QHJ-70,QHJ-75,QHJ-80 五个牌号,其中,Q、H、J分别为球团、回转窑、浇注料的第一个字的汉语拼音首字母,后面数字表示化学成分中氧化铝的质量百分数。

4技术要求

大型球团回转窑用浇注料及预制砖的理化指标应符合表1的规定。

5 试验方法

5.1 试样制备时,浇注料按 YB/T 5202.1 进行,预制砖按 GB/T 7321 进行。

5.2 化学分析按 GB/T 6900 进行。

5.3 常温耐压强度的测定按 GB/T 5072 进行,

5.4 常温抗折强度的测定按 GB/T 3001 进行,

5.5体积密度的测定按 YB/T 5200 进行。

5.6加热永久线变化的测定按 GB/T 5988 进行。

5.7 荷重软化温度的测定按 YB/T 2203 进行。

5.8 高温抗折强度的测定按 GB/T 3002 进行。

6 质量评定程序

6.1 组批

产品按同一牌号编批,每批重量不大于 100t。

6.2 抽样及合格判定规则

6.2.1 抽样按照 GB/T 17617 进行。

6.2.2 化学成分、体积密度、常温耐压强度、加热永久线变化和荷重软化温度为验收检验项目。检验结果如有不合格项目时,应按 6.2.1抽取双倍数量的试样对该项目进行复检,复检结果的平均值若符合表1 的规定,则判定该批产品为合格品,否则为不合格品,

6.2.3 合格评定形式合格评定可采用供货方声明、使用方认定或第三方认证的形式进行。

7 包装、标志、运输、储存和质量证明书

7.1 包装、标志、运输、储存按 GB/T 15545 进行,

7.2 产品发出时,应附有供方质量部门签发的质量证明书,载明供方名称,需方名称、发货日期、合同号、产品名称、标准编号、牌号、砖号、批号及相应的理化指标检验结果等项目。

 

 

 

Castable and pre cast brick used for the large scale pellet rotary kiln

1 Range

  This standard specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods, quality assessment procedures, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificates of castable and prefabricated bricks for large-scale pelletizing rotary kilns.

  This standard applies to castable for large pelletizing rotary kilns with an annual output of 1.2 million tons or more and castable for prefabricated bricks.

3 Categories

  Castable and prefabricated bricks for large-scale pelletizing rotary kiln are divided into five grades QHJ-60,QHJ-65,QHJ-70,QHJ-75 and QHJ-80, in which Q, H and J are the initial letters of the first word of the pelletizing, rotary kiln and castable respectively, and the following numbers represent the mass percentage of alumina in the chemical composition.

4 Technical Requirements

  The physical and chemical indexes of castable materials and prefabricated bricks for large-scale pelletizing rotary kilns shall conform to the provisions of Table 1.

5 Test methods

5.1 When preparing the sample, the castable is carried out according to YB/T 5202.1, and the prefabricated brick is carried out according to GB/T 7321.

5.2 Chemical analysis was performed in GB/T 6900.

5.3 The determination of compressive strength at room temperature shall be carried out according to GB/T 5072.

5.4 The bending strength at room temperature should be measured according to GB/T 3001.

5.5 Volumetric density was measured according to YB/T 5200.

5.6 The determination of permanent line change of heating was performed according to GB/T 5988.

5.7 The load softening temperature was determined according to YB/T 2203.

5.8 The bending strength at high temperature is measured according to GB/T 3002.

6 Quality assessment procedures

6.1 Batch Groups

  Products according to the same grade batch, each batch weight is not more than 100t.

6.2 Sampling and conformity determination rules

6.2.1 Sampling is conducted according to GB/T 17617.

6.2.2 Chemical composition, bulk density, compressive strength at normal temperature, change of heating permanent line and softening temperature under load are the acceptance test items. If there are unqualified items in the inspection results, double the number of samples shall be taken according to 6.2.1 for reinspection of the items. If the average value of the reinspection results conforms to the provisions of Table 1, the batch of products will be judged as qualified products; otherwise, it will be unqualified products.

6.2.3 Form of Conformity assessment The conformity assessment can be made in the form of the supplier’s declaration, the user’s certification or the third-party certification.

7 Packing, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate

7.1 Packaging, marking, transportation and storage shall be carried out according to GB/T 15545.

7.2 When the products are issued, the quality certificate issued by the quality department of the supplier shall be attached, indicating the name of the supplier, the name of the demander, the date of delivery, the contract number, the product name, the standard number, the brand number, the brick number, the lot number and the corresponding physical and chemical index test results.
