1 范围

  本标准规定了石灰窑用高纯莫来石砖的形状尺寸、技术要求、试验方法、质量评定程序、包装、标志、运输、储存和质量证明书。

  本标准适用于石灰窑煅烧带前后过渡段及套筒窑拱桥部位用高纯莫来石砖。

3形状尺寸

  砖的形状尺寸应符合 GB/T 2992.1的规定,或按需方提供的图纸进行生产.

4 技术要求

4.1 石灰窑用高纯莫来石砖的理化指标应符合表1规定。

5 试验方法

5.1 试样制备按 GB/T 7321 进行。

5.2 Al2O3、Fe2O3,含量的测定按 GB/T 6900 或 GB/T 21114 进行。

5.3 体积密度、显气孔率的测定按 GB/T 2997 进行。

5.4 常温耐压强度的测定按 GB/T 5072 进行。

5.5 抗热震性的测定按 YB/T 376.1 进行。

5.6 加热永久线变化的测定按 GB/T 5988 进行。

5.7荷重软化温度的测定按 YB/T 370 进行。

5.8 砖的尺寸、外观及断面的检査按 GB/T 10326 进行,

6 质量评定程序

6.1 组批

  按 GB/T 10325 进行组批,每批不应超过 300t。

6.2 抽样及合格判定规则

6.2.1 抽样与验收按 GB/T 10325 进行。

6.2.2 化学成分和显气孔率、常温耐压强度、荷重软化开始温度及抗热震性为验收检验项目。

6.3 合格评定形式

  合格评定可采用供货方声明、使用方认定或第三方认证的形式进行。

7 包装、标志、运输、储存和质量证明书

7.1 砖的包装、标志、运输、储存按 GB/T 16546 进行或按合同约定执行。

7.2 砖发出时应附有供方质量部门签发的质量证明书,载明供方名称或厂标、需方名称、发货日期、合同号、标准编号、产品名称、砖号、批号及相应的理化检验结果.

 

 

 

High-purity mullite bricks for lime kiln

1 Range

  This standard specifies the shape and size, technical requirements, test methods, quality assessment procedures, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificates of high purity mullite bricks for lime kilns.

This standard is applicable to the high purity mullite brick used in the transition section of calcined belt and arch bridge of sleeve kiln.

3 Shape and Size

  The shape and size of the brick shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 2992.1, or be produced according to the drawings provided by the buyer.

4 Technical Requirements

4.1 The physical and chemical indexes of high-purity mullite bricks used in lime kilns shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.

4.2 The size permissible deviation and appearance of high purity mullite brick for lime kiln shall comply with the provisions of Table 2.

5 Test methods

5.1 Sample preparation was carried out according to GB/T 7321.

5.2 Al2O3、Fe2O3, content determination according to GB/T 6900 or GB/T 21114.

5.3 The bulk density and apparent porosity were measured according to GB/T 2997.

5.4 The compressive strength at room temperature shall be measured according to GB/T 5072.

5.5 Thermal shock resistance was measured according to YB/T 376.1.

5.6 The determination of permanent line change of heating was performed according to GB/T 5988.

5.7 The load softening temperature was measured according to YB/T 370.

5.8 The inspection of the size, appearance and section of the brick shall be carried out according to GB/T 10326.

6 Quality assessment procedures

6.1 Batch Groups

  Batch according to GB/T 10325, each batch should not exceed 300t.

6.2 Sampling and conformity determination rules

6.2.1 Sampling and acceptance shall be conducted according to GB/T 10325.

6.2.2 Chemical composition and apparent porosity, normal temperature compressive strength, load softening starting temperature and thermal shock resistance are the acceptance inspection items.

6.3 Form of conformity assessment

  The conformity assessment can be made in the form of the supplier’s declaration, the user’s certification or the third party’s certification.

7 Packing, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate

7.1 The packing, marking, transportation and storage of bricks shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 16546 or in accordance with the contract.

7.2 The bricks shall be issued with a quality certificate issued by the quality department of the supplier, indicating the name of the supplier or factory standard, the name of the demander, the date of delivery, the contract number, the standard number, the product name, the brick number, the lot number and the corresponding physical and chemical inspection results.
