1范围

  本标准规定了加热炉用高铝质锚固砖的术语和定义、牌号、形状尺寸、技术要求、试验方法、质量评定程序、包装、标志、运输、储存及质量证明书。

  本标准适用于加热炉、梭式窑及循环流化床锅炉等工业窑炉用高铝质锚固砖。

3 术语和定义

  GB/T 10325、GB/T 18930 界定的以及下列术语和定义适用于本文件,

  高铝质锚固砖 high alumina anchor brick

  高铝质锚固砖是指具有特定形状在工业窑炉炉壳或支撑炉衬的钢结构上安装,并埋入耐火材料衬体中起锚固和连接作用的高铝质耐火砖。

3.2

  常温抗拉强度 cold tensile strength

  在室温下,具有一定尺寸的条形试样按规定条件加荷,在断裂前单位面积上所能承受的极限拉应力。

4 牌号及形状尺寸

4.1 牌号

  产品按其理化指标分为 LM-55、LM-65 和 LM-75 三个牌号;其中L,M分别是“铝”、“错”的汉语拼音首字母,其后的阿拉伯数字为三氧化二铝的质量百分数。4.2 产品的形状及尺寸,由供需双方协议确定。

5 技术要求

5.1 砖的理化指标应符合表1的规定。

6 试验方法

6.1 砖的检验制样按 GB/T 7321 进行。

6.2 Al2O3,、CaO 的测定按 GB/T 6900 或 GB/T 21114 进行。

6.3显气(孔率、体积密度的测定按 GB/T 2997 进行。

6.4常温耐压强度的测定按 GB/T 5072 进行。

6.5加热永久线变化的测定按 GB/T 5988 进行。

6.6线膨胀率的测定按 GB/T 7320 进行。

6.7荷重软化开始温度的测定按 YB/T 370 进行。

6.8砖的尺寸、外观及断面的检查按 GB/T 10326 进行。

6.9 常温抗拉强度的测定按附录A进行。

7 质量评定程序

7.1 组批

  按同一牌号进行组批,每批不超过 50t.

7.2 抽样及合格判定规则

  砖的抽样、验收按 GB/T 10325 进行Al2O3含量、常温耐压强度、显气孔率、荷重软化开始温度为验收检验项目。

7.3 合格评定形式

  合格评定可采用供货方声明、使用方认定或第三方认证的形式进行。

8 包装、标志、运输、储存及质量证明书

8.1 砖的包装、标志、运输和储存按 GB/T 16546 进行。

8.2 砖发出时应附有供方质量监督部门签发的质量证明书,载明供方名称、需方名称、发货日期、产品名称、标准编号、牌号、批号及相应的理化指标等。

1 Range

  This standard specifies the terms and definitions, grades, shapes and dimensions, technical requirements, test methods, quality assessment procedures, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificates of high alumina anchor bricks for heating furnaces.

  This standard is applicable to high alumina anchoring bricks for industrial kilns such as heating furnaces, shuttle kilns and circulating fluidized bed boilers.

3 Terms and definitions

  As defined in GB/T 10325, GB/T 18930 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document,

  High alumina anchor brick

  High aluminum anchor brick refers to a high aluminum refractory brick with a specific shape installed on the steel structure of the furnace shell or supporting the furnace lining, and embedded in the refractory lining to play the role of anchoring and connecting.

3.2

  Cold tensile strength

  At room temperature, the ultimate tensile stress that a strip specimen of a certain size can bear on a unit area before fracture when loaded under specified conditions.

4 Grade and shape size

4.1 Brand

  Products according to its physical and chemical indicators are divided into LM-55, LM-65 and LM-75 three grades; Where L and M are the initial letters of Chinese pinyin for “aluminum” and “wrong” respectively, followed by Arabic numerals for the mass percentage of aluminum oxide. 4.2 The shape and size of the product shall be determined by agreement between the supply and demand parties.

5 Technical Requirements

5.1 The physical and chemical indexes of bricks shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.

5.2 The permissible size deviation and appearance of the brick shall comply with the provisions of Table 2.

6 Test methods

6.1 Bricks shall be inspected and prepared according to GB/T 7321.

6.2 Determination of Al2O3, CaO according to GB/T 6900 or GB/T 21114.

6.3 Sensible gas (porosity and bulk density are measured according to GB/T 2997.

6.4 The compressive strength at room temperature shall be measured according to GB/T 5072.

6.5 The determination of permanent line change of heating was performed according to GB/T 5988.

6.6 The linear expansion rate was measured according to GB/T 7320.

6.7 The load softening starting temperature was determined according to YB/T 370.

6.8 The inspection of size, appearance and section of bricks shall be carried out according to GB/T 10326.

6.9 The tensile strength at room temperature was measured in accordance with Appendix A.

7 Quality assessment procedures

7.1 Batch

  Batch according to the same brand, each batch does not exceed 50t.

7.2 Rules for sampling and conformity determination

  The sampling and acceptance of bricks shall be carried out according to GB/T 10325. Al20, content, normal temperature compressive strength, apparent porosity, load softening starting temperature are the acceptance test items.

7.3 Form of conformity assessment

  The conformity assessment can be made in the form of the supplier’s declaration, the user’s certification or the third party’s certification.

8 Packing, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate

8.1 Bricks are packed, marked, transported and stored in GB/T 16546.

8.2 When the bricks are issued, the quality certificate issued by the quality supervision department of the supplier shall be attached, indicating the name of the supplier, the name of the demander, the date of delivery, the name of the product, the standard number, the brand number, the batch number and the corresponding physical and chemical index.
