1 范围
本标准规定了高炉送风支管浇注料的分类及牌号、技术要求、试验方法、质量评定程序、包装、标志、运输、储存及质量证明书。
本标准适用于高炉送风支管用浇注料。

3 分类及牌号
高炉送风支管浇注料按结合剂分为两类:溶胶结合和水泥结合。溶胶结合高炉送风支管浇注料按 Al2O3,化学成分分为三个牌号:GSJ-1R,GSJ-2R 和 GSJ-3R水泥结合高炉送风支管浇注料按 Al2O3,化学成分分为三个牌号:GSJ-1、GS]-2 和 GSJ-3.牌号中 G、S、J分别是高、送、浇汉语拼音首字母,其后的 R代表溶胶结合。
4技术要求
高炉送风支管浇注料的理化指标应符合表1的要求。

5 试验方法
5.1 试样的制备按 YB/T 5202.1 的规定进行。
5.2化学成分的测定按 GB/T 6900 或 GB/T 21114 的规定进行。
5.3体积密度的测定按 YB/T 5200 的规定进行。
5.4常温抗折强度的测定按 GB/T 3001 的规定进行。
5.5常温耐压强度的测定按 GB/T 5072 的规定进行。
5.6加热永久线变化的测定按 GB/T 5988 的规定进行。
5.7抗热震性的测定按 YB/T 2206.2 的规定进行。
6 质量评定程序
6.1 组批6.1.1 产品按连续正常生产的同一牌号组批。原料批次或生产工艺变动时,则应另行组批6.1.2 同一牌号的产品每批不大于 60t。
6.2 抽样
抽样按 GB/T 17617 进行。
6.3 合格评定形式
合格评定可根据双方协议规定或者采用供货方声明、使用方认定或第三方认证的形式进行。
6.4 判定规则
6.4.1 化学成分、常温抗折强度、常温耐压强度、加热永久线变化(1250℃x3h 烧后、1400℃x3h 烧后)为验收检验项目,检验结果的平均值均符合表1的规定值时,该批产品为合格。
6.4.2 检验结果如有不合格项时,应按6.2的规定重新取样对不合格项进行复检。复检结果的平均值符合表1的规定,则判定该批产品合格;否则,判为不合格。
7 包装、标志、运输、储存及质量证明书
7.1包装、标志、运输和储存按 GB/T 15545 的规定进行,包装重量由供需双方协议确定。
7.2液体材料包装件标志除规定要求外还应标明“防冻”“防晒”等字样或标记。
7.3应注意防止产品在 0~40℃范围以外的环境下储存和运输。
7.4 每一批产品发出时,应附有质量证明书和产品使用说明书,质量证明书应载明供方名称,需方名称生产日期、产品名称、牌号、批号、理化指标检验结果等;产品使用说明书应载明使用方法、注意事项和保质期等。

1 Range
This standard specifies the classification and grade, technical requirements, test methods, quality assessment procedures, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate of castables for blast furnace supply branch pipes.
This standard is applicable to castable of blast furnace air supply pipe.

3 Classification and brand
The castables of blast furnace supply branch pipe can be divided into two types according to binder: sol binding and cement binding. The castable of sol-bonded blast furnace branch pipe is divided into three grades according to the chemical composition of Al2O3 :GSJ-1R,GSJ-2R and GSJ-3R. The castable of cement bonded blast furnace branch pipe is divided into three grades according to the chemical composition of Al2O3 :GSJ-1,GS]-2 and GSJ-3. In the brand, G, S and J are respectively the first letters of high, send and pour Chinese pinyin, followed by R representing sol combination.
4 Technical Requirements
The physical and chemical indexes of castable in blast furnace supply branch pipe should meet the requirements of Table 1.

5 Test methods
5.1 The preparation of samples shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of YB/T 5202.1.
5.2 Chemical composition shall be determined in accordance with GB/T 6900 or GB/T 21114.
5.3 Volumetric density shall be determined according to YB/T 5200.
5.4 The bending strength at room temperature shall be determined according to GB/T 3001.
5.5 The determination of compressive strength at room temperature shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 5072.
5.6 The determination of permanent line change of heating shall be carried out according to GB/T 5988.
5.7 Thermal shock resistance shall be measured according to YB/T 2206.2.
6 Quality assessment procedures
6.1 Batch 6.1.1 The products are batch according to the same brand of continuous normal production. When the raw material batch or production process changes, a separate batch should be set up 6.1.2 Each batch of the same brand of products shall not be greater than 60t.
6.2 Sampling
Sampling was conducted according to GB/T 17617.
6.3 Form of conformity assessment
Conformity assessment can be made in accordance with the agreement between the two parties or in the form of the supplier’s statement, the user’s certification or the third party’s certification.
6.4 Decision Rules
6.4.1 Chemical composition, flexural strength at room temperature, compressive strength at room temperature, and permanent line change of heating (1250℃x3h after firing, 1400℃x3h after firing) are the acceptance test items, and when the average value of the test results meet the specified values in Table 1, the batch of products is qualified.
6.4.2 If there are any nonconforming items in the inspection results, the nonconforming items shall be re-sampled in accordance with the provisions of 6.2 for re-inspection. If the average value of the reinspection results conforms to the provisions of Table 1, the batch of products is judged to be qualified; Otherwise, it is disqualified.
7 Packing, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate
7.1 Packaging, marking, transportation and storage shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 15545, and the weight of the packaging shall be determined by agreement between the parties.
7.2 In addition to the specified requirements, the packaging of liquid materials shall also be marked with words or marks such as “anti-freeze” and “sun protection”.
7.3 Care should be taken to prevent the product from being stored and transported in an environment outside the range of 0~40°C.
7.4 When each batch of products is issued, it shall be accompanied by a quality certificate and a product instruction manual. The quality certificate shall state the name of the supplier, the name of the demander, the date of production, the name of the product, the brand number, the batch number, the test result of physical and chemical index, etc. The instructions for the use of the product shall indicate the method of use, precautions and shelf life.
