3 术语和定义
GB/T 18930 界定的以及下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
3.1
防爆裂快速烘烤耐火浇注料 explosive spalling resistance fast-heating refractory castable
抗爆裂温度不小于1000°C,可以快速烘烤的耐火浇注料。
4牌号
防爆裂快速烘烤耐火浇注料按化学成分分为FBL70M,FBL70、FBL65、FBL60、FBL55、FBL50 六个牌号其 中“F”、分别是“防”、“爆”、“裂”的汉语拼音首字母,“NT 代表“MgCT,数字代表主成分的质量百分含量。
5技术要求
防爆裂快速烘烤耐火浇注料的理化指标应符合表1的规定。

6试验方法
6.1试样制备按 GB/T 4513.5 进行 。
6.2 Al2O3 的测定按 GB/T 6900 或 GB/T 21114进行;MgO的测定按GB/T 5069或GB/T21114 进行。
6.3体积密度、常温抗折强度、常温耐压强度和加热永久线变化的测定按 GB/T 4513.6进行。
6.4 抗爆裂温度的测定按 GB/T 36134进行
7质量评定程序
7.1 组批
产品应按同一牌号组批,每批不大于60t。
7.2 抽样及合格判定规则。
7.2.1 抽样按 GB/T 4513.2 进行。
7.2.2 化学成分、抗折强度(1350°CX3h)和抗爆裂温度为验收检验项目,检验结果均应符合表1的规定检验结果的平均值均符合表1的规定值时,该批产品为合格。检验结果如有不合格项时,应按 7.2.1的规定重新取双倍数量试样对该不合格项目进行复检。复检结果平均值符合表1的规定,则判定该批产 品合格;否则,判为不合格。
7.3 合格评定形式
合格评定可采用供货方声明、使用方认定或由第三方认证的形式进行
8包装、标志、运输、储存和质量证明书
8.1 包装、标志、运输和储存按 GB/T 15545 进行。
8.2产品发出时应附有供方质量部门签发的质量证明书,载明供方名称或厂标、需方名称、生产日期、保质期发货日期、合同号、文件编号、产品名称、牌号、批号及相应的理化检验结果等

3 Terms and definitions
GB/T 18930 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Explosive spalling resistance fast-heating refractory castable
Refractory castables with a burst resistance temperature of not less than 1000°C, which can be quickly baked.
4 Grade
According to the chemical composition, the anti-burst rapid baking refractory castable is divided into FBL70M,FBL70, FBL65, FBL60, FBL55, FBL50 six grades, where “F”, respectively, is the Chinese pinyin initial letter of “prevent”, “explosion”, “crack”, “NT” represents “MgCT, the number represents the mass percentage content of the main component.
5 Technical Requirements
The physical and chemical indexes of anti-burst rapid baking refractory castables should conform to the provisions of Table 1.

6 Test methods
6.1 Sample preparation was carried out according to GB/T 4513.5.
6.2 Determination of Al2O3 according to GB/T 6900 or GB/T 21114; MgO was measured at GB/T 5069 or GB/T21114.
6.3 The measurement of bulk density, flexural strength at room temperature, compressive strength at room temperature and permanent line change of heating was carried out according to GB/T 4513.6.
6.4 The anti-burst temperature was measured according to GB/T 36134
7 Quality assessment procedures
7.1 Batch
The products should be batch according to the same brand, each batch is not greater than 60t.
7.2 Sampling and Conformity Rule.
7.2.1 Sampling shall be conducted according to GB/T 4513.2.
7.2.2 Chemical composition, flexural strength (1350°CX3h) and anti-burst temperature are acceptance inspection items, and the inspection results shall all meet the requirements of Table 1. If the average value of the inspection results meets the requirements of Table 1, the batch of products shall be qualified. If there are any nonconforming items in the test results, a double number of samples shall be taken in accordance with the provisions of 7.2.1 for reinspection of the nonconforming items. The average value of the reinspection results conforms to the provisions of Table 1, then the batch of products is judged to be qualified; Otherwise, it is disqualified.
7.3 Form of conformity assessment
The conformity assessment can be made in the form of the supplier’s declaration, the user’s certification or the third party’s certification
8 Packing, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate
8.1 Packing, marking, transportation and storage shall be carried out in GB/T 15545.
8.2 The product shall be issued with a quality certificate issued by the quality department of the supplier, indicating the supplier’s name or factory label, the demander’s name, production date, shelf life and delivery date, contract number, document number, product name, brand number, batch number and corresponding physical and chemical inspection results
