1 范围

  本标准规定了高炉内衬维修用喷涂料(以下简称喷涂料)的术语和定义、分类及牌号、技术要求、试验方法、质量评定程序、包装、标志、运输、储存及质量证明书。

  本标准适用于高炉内衬维修用喷涂料。

  下列文件对于本文件的应用是必不可少的。凡是注日期的引用文件,仅注日期的版本适用于本文件。凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本(包括所有的修改单)适用于本文件。

3 术语和定义

  下列术语和定义适用于本文件。

3.1

  高炉内衬维修用喷涂料 gunning & shotcreting refractories for blast furnace lining

  以机械喷射方法施工,适用于高炉内衬维修的不定形耐火材料。

4 分类及牌号

  高炉内衬维修用喷涂料根据施工方式不同分为干法喷涂料和湿法喷涂料两类,按Al2O3含量不同干法喷涂料分为GWGP-45、GWGP-50、GWGP-60三个牌号,湿法喷涂料分为 GWSP-45、GWSP-60、GWSP-70 三个牌号,其中 G、W 分别为“高”和“维”汉语拼音首字母,GP、SP 分别为“干喷”“湿喷”汉语拼音首字母,阿拉伯数字表示 Al2O3含量的质量百分含量。

5技术要求

  喷涂料的理化指标应符合表1和表2的规定,

6试验方法

6.1 喷涂料的制样按 GB/T 4513.5 进行,

6.2 化学成分测定:GWSP-70 按照 GB/T 16555、GB/T 6900 或 GB/T 21114 进行,其他牌号按照 GB/T6900 或 GB/T 21114 进行。

6.3体积密度的测定按 GB/T 4513.6 进行。

6.4常温耐压强度的测定按 GB/T 5072 进行。

6.5加热永久线变化的测定按 GB/T 5988 进行。

7 质量评定程序

7.1组批

  产品按牌号编批,每批不超过 60 t。

7.2 抽样及合格判定规则

7.2.1 抽样按照 GB/T 4513.2 进行。

7.2.2 化学成分、体积密度(110 ℃x24 h)、常温耐压强度(110 ℃x24 h、试验温度x3 h)、加热永久线变化(试验温度x3 h)为验收检验项目。检验结果应符合表1和表2的规定。

7.2.3 检验结果如有不合格项时,应重新取双倍试样对该不合格项目进行复验,复验结果的平均值应符合表1和表2的规定,否则,判为不合格批。

7.3 合格评定形式

合格评定可采用供货方声明、使用方认定或第三方认证的形式进行。

8 包装、标志、运输、储存和质量证明书

8.1 产品的包装、标志、运输、储存按 GB/T 15545 进行。

8.2 产品发出时,应附有供方质量部门签发的质量证明书,载明供方名称、需方名称、生产日期、发货日期、保质期、合同号、产品名称、标准编号、牌号、批号及相应的理化指标检验结果等项目。

 

 

 

Gunning & shotcreting refractories for blast furnace lining

1 Range

  This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and grades, technical requirements, test methods, quality assessment procedures, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificates of blast furnace liner maintenance spray coatings (hereinafter referred to as spray coatings).

  This standard is applicable to blast furnace liner maintenance spray paint.

3 Terms and definitions

  The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

  Gunning & Shotcreting refractories for blast furnace lining

  Construction by mechanical injection method, suitable for blast furnace lining maintenance of amorphous refractory.

4 Classification and brand

  Blast furnace lining maintenance spray coating according to different construction methods is divided into dry spray coating and wet spray coating two categories, according to different Al2O3 content dry spray coating is divided into GWGP-45, GWGP-50, GWGP-60 three grades, wet spray coating is divided into GWSP-45, GWSP-60, GWSP-70 three grades G and W are the first letters of “high” and “dimension” Chinese Pinyin respectively,GP and SP are the first letters of “dry spray” and “wet spray” Chinese Pinyin respectively, and Arabic numbers indicate the quality percentage of Al2O3 content.

5 Technical Requirements

  The physical and chemical indexes of the spray coating shall comply with the provisions of Table 1 and Table 2.

6 Test methods

6.1 The sample preparation of spray coating shall be carried out according to GB/T 4513.5.

6.2 Chemical composition determination :GWSP-70 according to GB/T 16555, GB/T6900 or GB/T 21114, other grades according to GB/T6900 or GB/T 21114.

6.3 The bulk density was measured according to GB/T 4513.6.

6.4 The compressive strength at room temperature shall be measured according to GB/T 5072.

6.5 The determination of permanent line change of heating was performed according to GB/T 5988.

7 Quality assessment procedures

7.1 Batch

  Products according to the grade batch, each batch does not exceed 60 t.

7.2 Rules for sampling and conformity determination

7.2.1 Sampling is performed according to GB/T 4513.2.

7.2.2 Chemical composition, bulk density (110 ℃x24 h), compressive strength at normal temperature (110 ℃x24 h, test temperature x3 h), and permanent line change of heating (test temperature x3 h) are the acceptance test items. The test results shall conform to the requirements of Table 1 and Table 2.

7.2.3 If there are any unqualified items in the test results, double samples shall be taken to retest the unqualified items, and the average value of the retest results shall meet the requirements of Table 1 and Table 2; otherwise, the batch shall be judged as unqualified.

7.3 Form of conformity assessment

  The conformity assessment can be made in the form of the supplier’s declaration, the user’s certification or the third party’s certification.

8 Packing, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate

8.1 Packaging, marking, transportation and storage of products shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 15545.

8.2 When the products are issued, the quality certificate issued by the quality department of the supplier shall be attached, indicating the name of the supplier, the name of the demander, the date of production, the date of delivery, the shelf life, the contract number, the product name, the standard number, the brand number, the batch number and the corresponding physical and chemical index test results.
