1范围
本文件规定了塑性相复合刚玉砖的术语和定义、牌号、技术要求、试验方法、质量评定程序、包装、标志、运输和质量证明书。
本文件主要适用于砌筑高炉炉缸、炉底内衬用砖。

3术语和定义
GB/T 18930界定的以及下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
3.1
塑性相 plastic phase
存在于刚性颗粒间界的、在成型、烧成和使用过程中表现出延展性的金属物相。
3.2
塑性相复合刚玉砖 corundum composite block containing plastic phasc
含有一定塑性相的、以刚玉和非氧化物为主要成分的复合耐火制品。
3.3
塑性相复合刚玉莫来石砖 corundum mullite block containing plastic phasc
含有一定塑性相的、以刚玉和莫来石为主要成分的复合耐火制品。
4牌号
4.1塑性相复合刚玉砖按主要成分及理化指标的不同分为ZSG-1、ZSG-2、ZSG-3、ZSG-4、ZSG-5和ZSG-6共六个牌号。其中“Z”、“S”“G”分别是“砖”、“塑性相”、“刚玉”的首个汉字的汉语拼音首字母,其后的数字代表产品的系列号。
5技术要求
5.1 塑性相复合刚玉砖的理化指标应符合表1的规定。

5.2塑性相复合刚玉砖的形状尺寸应符合YB/T 5012的规定,也可以按用户图纸生产。
5.3塑性相复合刚玉砖的尺寸允许偏差和外观应符合表2的规定。
6试验方法
6.1制样制备按GB/T 7321进行。
6.2氧化铝的测定按GB/T 6900或GB/T 21114进行。
6.3碳化硅和氮化硅的检测定按GB/T 16555进行。
6.4体积密度和显孔率的测定按GB/T 2997进行。
6.5常温耐压强度的测定按GB/T 5072进行。
6.6荷重软化温度的测定按YB/T 370进行。
6.7尺寸、外观及断面的检查按GB/T 10326进行。

7质量评定程序
7.1组批
产品按同一牌号组批,同类产品每300t为一批,不足300t按一批进行。
7.2抽样及合格判定规则
7.2.1产品的抽样验收按 GB/T 10325进行。
7.2.2产品的验收检验项目包括:Al2O3;含量、荷重软化温度、常温耐压强度和显气孔率。
7.3合格评定形式
合格评定可采用供货方声明、使用方认定或第三方认证的形式进行。
8包装、标志、运输、储存和质量证明书
8.1产品的包装、标志、运输和储存按GB/T 16546进行。
8.2产品发出时应附有供方质量部门签发的质量证明书和产品使用说明书,质量证明书应载明供方名称、需方名称、生产日期、合同号、本文件编号、产品名称、牌号、批号、理化指标及保存期等内容。
Plastic phase composite corundum brick
1 Range
This document specifies the terms and definitions, grades, technical requirements, test methods, quality assessment procedures, packaging, marking, transportation and quality certificates of plastic phase composite corundum bricks.
This document is mainly applicable to laying bricks for furnace cylinder and furnace bottom lining.
2 Normative reference documents
The contents of the following documents constitute the essential provisions of this document through normative references in the text. If a reference file is dated, only the version corresponding to that date applies to this document. If a reference file is not dated, its latest version applies to this document.

3 Terms and definitions
GB/T 18930 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Plastic phase
A metallic phase that exists at the boundary between rigid particles and exhibits malleability during forming, firing, and use.
3.2
Corundum composite block containing plastic phase
Composite refractory products containing a certain plastic phase with corundum and non-oxide as the main components.
3.3
Corundum Mullite block containing plastic phase
Composite refractory products containing a certain plastic phase, with corundum and mullite as the main components.
Fourth grade
4.1 Plastic phase composite corundum bricks are divided into ZSG-1, ZSG-2, ZSG-3, ZSG-4, ZSG-5 and ZSG-6 grades according to the main composition and physical and chemical indexes. Among them, “Z”, “S” and “G” are the first letters of the Chinese pinyin of the first Chinese character of “brick”, “plastic phase” and “corundum” respectively, and the following numbers represent the series number of the product.
5 Technical Requirements
5.1 The physical and chemical indexes of plastic phase composite corundum bricks shall comply with the provisions of Table 1

5.2 The shape and size of plastic phase composite corundum bricks shall comply with the provisions of YB/T 5012, and can also be produced according to user drawings.
5.3 The size permissible deviation and appearance of plastic phase composite corundum brick shall comply with the provisions of Table 2.
6 Test methods
6.1 Sample preparation shall be carried out according to GB/T 7321.
6.2 Alumina is measured at GB/T 6900 or GB/T 21114.
6.3 The detection of silicon carbide and silicon nitride shall be carried out according to GB/T 16555.
6.4 The bulk density and apparent porosity were measured according to GB/T 2997.
6.5 The compressive strength at room temperature shall be measured according to GB/T 5072.
6.6 The load softening temperature was measured according to YB/T 370.
6.7 The inspection of dimensions, appearance and section shall be carried out according to GB/T 10326.

Note: The size deviation of single brick can be adjusted appropriately when the user requires the whole pre-assembly, and the acceptance standard of the whole pre-assembly shall be determined by the agreement between the two parties. |
7 Quality assessment procedures
7.1 Batch
Products according to the same brand group batch, similar products every 300t for a batch, less than 300t according to a batch.
7.2 Rules for sampling and conformity determination
7.2.1 Sampling acceptance of products shall be carried out according to GB/T 10325.
7.2.2 Acceptance inspection items of products include :Al2O3; Content, softening temperature under load, compressive strength at room temperature and apparent porosity.
7.3 Form of conformity assessment
The conformity assessment can be made in the form of the supplier’s declaration, the user’s certification or the third party’s certification.
8 Packing, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate
8.1 Products are packed, marked, transported and stored in GB/T 16546.
8.2 The product shall be issued with a quality certificate issued by the quality department of the supplier and a product instruction manual. The quality certificate shall contain the name of the supplier, the name of the demander, the date of production, the contract number, the number of this document, the name of the product, the brand number, the batch number, the physical and chemical index and the shelf life.
