1范围
本标准规定了铝尖晶石耐火浇注料的分类、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输、储存及质量证明书。
本标准适用于钢包及铁水包衬体等用的铝尖品石耐火浇注料。

3分类
铝尖晶石耐火浇注料按理化指标分为:AMS-80、AMS-85、AMS95 三个牌号。牌号中“A”、“M”、“S”分别为“氧化铝”、“氧化镁”“尖晶石”英文单词首字母,牌号后数字为浇注料中氧化铝和氧化镁的化学成分百分比含量。
4 技术要求
浇注料的理化指标应符合表1的规定。
5试验方法
5.1 试样制备:当浇注料的临界粒度大于 15mm 时,按 YB/T5202-1993中5.2条B型试样进行;当浇注料的临界粒度小于 15mm 时,按 YB/T5202-1993 中5.2条℃型试样进行。

5.2 Al2O3含量的测定按 GB/T 6900.4 进行。
5.3 MgO 含量的测定按 GB/T 5069.11 进行
5.4 体积密度的检验按 YB/T 5200 进行。
5.5 耐压强度的检验按 YB/T 5201 进行。
5.6线变化率的检验按 YB/T 5203 进行。
6检验规则
6.1 组批
同一生产批量的产品,每 60t为一个检验批量,不足 60t时,亦应作为一个检验批量。
6.2 取样
取样按 GB/T 17617 进行。
6.3 验收
检验结果中有一项指标不符合标准要求时,按 6.1分别取双倍数量的试样对该项目进行复验。复验结果均符合表1指标时,则判定该批产品为合格品,否则为不合格品。
7 标志、包装、运输、储存及质量证明书
7.1 标志、包装、运输、储存按 GB/T 15545 进行。
7.2 产品发出时,必须附有产品使用说明书和技术监督部门签发的质量证明书,载明供方名称、需方名称、产品名称、标准编号、牌号、批号、理化指标检验结果、生产日期和发货日期等内容。
Alumina spinel refractory castable
1 Range
This standard specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and quality certificates of aluminum spinel refractory castables.
This standard is applicable to aluminum cuspate refractory castables for ladle and hot metal ladle lining.

3 Categories
Aluminum spinel refractory castable is divided into three grades :AMS-80, AMS-85 and AMS95 according to physical and chemical indexes. In the grade, “A”, “M” and “S” are the first letters of the English words “alumina”, “magnesium oxide” and “spinel” respectively, and the numbers after the grade are the chemical composition percentage content of alumina and magnesium oxide in the castable.
4 Technical Requirements
The physical and chemical indexes of castables shall conform to the provisions of Table 1.
5 Test methods
5.1 Sample preparation: When the critical particle size of castable is greater than 15mm, it shall be carried out according to 5.2 B-type samples in YB/T5202-1993; When the critical particle size of the castable is less than 15mm, it is carried out according to 5.2 ℃ type samples in YB/T5202-1993.

5.2 The Al2O3 content was determined according to GB/T 6900.4.
5.3 The MgO content was determined according to GB/T 5069.11
5.4 The test of bulk density shall be carried out according to YB/T 5200.
5.5 The compressive strength shall be tested according to YB/T 5201.
5.6 The test of line change rate is carried out according to YB/T 5203.
6 Inspection Rules
6.1 Batch Groups
For products of the same production batch, every 60t is an inspection batch, and if it is less than 60t, it should also be used as an inspection batch.
6.2 Sampling
Sampling was performed at GB/T 17617.
6.3 Acceptance
If one of the test results does not meet the standard requirements, double the number of samples shall be taken according to 6.1 respectively for the retest of the item. When the reinspection results meet the indicators in Table 1, the batch of products is judged to be qualified products, otherwise it is unqualified products.
7 Marking, packing, transportation, storage and quality certificate
7.1 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage shall be carried out according to GB/T 15545.
7.2 When the product is issued, it must be accompanied by the product instruction manual and the quality certificate issued by the technical supervision department, indicating the name of the supplier, the name of the demander, the name of the product, the standard number, the brand number, the batch number, the test result of the physical and chemical index, the date of production and the date of delivery.
