5 Test methods
5.1Sample preparation was carried out according to GB/T 7321.
5.2 The bulk density and apparent porosity were measured according to GB/T 2997.
5.3 The flexural strength at room temperature is measured according to GB/T 3001.
5.4 The bending strength at high temperature should be measured according to GB/T 3002.
5.5 The coefficient of thermal expansion was measured according to GB/T 7320.
5.6 The thermal shock resistance was measured according to method 2 of GB/T 30873. The sample size is 200mm~230mm long, 100mm~5.6150mm wide, and the thickness is determined by negotiation between the supply and demand parties. In the process of sample preparation, there should be no cracks and other defects caused by sample preparation, otherwise, the sample should be prepared again. The test was carried out by integral quench and quench heating method, and the number of quench and quench heating cycles experienced by the sample when visible cracks appeared was taken as the number of thermal shock resistance of the sample.
5.7 The cristobalite phase was determined according to YB/T 172.
5.8 The inspection of the appearance size and the determination of its tolerance shall be carried out according to GB/T 10326, where the determination of flatness and straightness shall be carried out according to the flat-gauge method used in GB/T 10326 to check the distortion.
