3术语和定义
3.1
水泥窑用耐碱砖alkali-resistant bricks for cement kiln
以低铝耐火粘土为主要原料制成的,在水泥窑系统中具有优良抗碱侵蚀性能的硅铝系耐火制品。
4分类和标记
4.1分类
制品根据性能不同分为普通耐碱砖PNJ、高强耐碱砖GNJ、隔热耐碱砖GRNJ3种牌号。
4.2标记
制品标记顺序:制品名称、品种和标准号。
示例:高强耐碱砖标记为:高强耐碱砖GNJJC/T 496-XXXX。
5 技术要求
5.1 制品的尺寸允许偏差、外观质量应符合表1的规定

6试验方法
6.1水泥窑用耐碱砖的检验制样按GB/T 731的规定进行。
6.2制品尺寸允许偏差和外观质量按GB/T 10326的规定进行。
6.3显气孔率的检验按GB/T 2997的规定进行。
6.4常温耐压强度的检验按GB/T 5072的规定进行。
6.5荷重软化温度的检验按YB/T 370的规定进行。
6.6热震稳定性的检验按GB/T 30873的规定进行。
6.7耐碱性的检验按JC/T 808的规定进行。
6.8化学成分按GB/T 6900和GB/T 21114的规定进行。仲裁时按GB/T 6900的规定进行。
6.9隔热耐碱砖体积密度的检验按GB/T 2998的规定进行。
6.10加热永久线变化的检验按GB/T 5988的规定进行。
6.11导热系数的检验按YB/T 4130的规定进行。
7检验规则
7.1检验分类
检验分出厂检验和型式检验。
7.1.1出厂检验
出厂检验项目包括尺寸偏差、外观质量、显气孔率、常温耐压强度、荷重软化温度、体积密度、化学成分。
7.1.2型式检验
型式检验包括第5章的全部内容。有下列情况之一时,应进行型式检验:
a)生产工艺或原材料有较大改变时;
b)正常生产时,每年至少进行两次;
c)停产半年以上,恢复生产时;
d)出检验结果与上次型式检验结果有较大差异时。
7.2组批与抽样
7.2.1组批
制品按同一牌号组批,每150t为一批,不足150t单独成批。
7.2.2抽样
制品的抽样验收按GB/T 10325进行。
7.3合格判定规则
制品的判定按GB/T 10325进行。破坏性检验的样品应从外观检查合格的样本中抽取。第5章中所有项目为考核指标。
8包装、标志、运输、储存和质量证明书
8.1制品的包装、标志、运输和储存按GB/T 16546进行。
8.2制品发出时应附有供方质量部门签发的质量证明书,质量证明书应载明供方名称或厂标、需方名称、发货日期、合同号、制品名称、标准编号、牌号、砖号、批号及相应的理化检验结果。

3 Terms and definitions
3.1
Alkali -resistant bricks for cement kiln
The silica-aluminum series refractory products are made of low-aluminum refractory clay as the main raw material and have excellent alkali attack resistance in cement kiln system.
4 Categorize and label
4.1 Classification
Products are divided into ordinary alkali resistant brick PNJ, high strength alkali resistant brick GNJ, heat insulation alkali resistant brick GRNJ3 grades according to different performance.
4.2 Tags
Product marking sequence: product name, variety and standard number.
Example: The high-strength alkali-resistant brick is labeled as: high-strength alkali-resistant brick GNJJC/T 496-XXXX.
5 Technical Requirements
5.1 The permissible size deviation and appearance quality of the product shall comply with the provisions of Table 1

5.2 The physical and chemical properties of the product shall comply with the provisions of Table 2 and Table 3.

6 Test methods
6.1 The inspection and sample preparation of alkali resistant bricks for cement kilns shall be carried out according to GB/T 731.
6.2 The permissible deviation of product size and appearance quality shall be carried out according to GB/T 10326.
6.3 The apparent porosity test shall be carried out according to GB/T 2997.
6.4 The test of compressive strength at room temperature shall be carried out according to the provisions of GB/T 5072.
6.5 The test of the softening temperature under load shall be carried out according to the provisions of YB/T 370.
6.6 The test of thermal shock stability shall be carried out according to GB/T 30873.
6.7 Alkaline resistance shall be tested according to the provisions of JC/T 808.
6.8 Chemical composition according to GB/T 6900 and GB/T 21114. Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 6900.
6.9 The inspection of the bulk density of the heat insulation alkali-resistant brick shall be carried out according to the provisions of GB/T 2998.
6.10 The inspection of the change of the heating permanent line shall be carried out according to the provisions of GB/T 5988.
6.11 The test of thermal conductivity shall be carried out according to YB/T 4130.
7 Inspection Rules
7.1 Inspection Classification
The inspection is divided into ex-factory inspection and type inspection.
7.1.1 Factory inspection
Factory inspection items include dimensional deviation, appearance quality, apparent porosity, normal temperature compressive strength, load softening temperature, bulk density, chemical composition.
7.1.2 Type inspection
The type inspection covers the whole content of Chapter 5. Type inspection shall be carried out under any of the following circumstances:
a) When there is a major change in the production process or raw materials;
b) During normal production, at least twice a year;
c) stop production for more than half a year and resume production;
d) When the test result is significantly different from the last type test result.
7.2 Batch and sampling
7.2.1 Batch Group
Products according to the same brand group batch, each 150t for a batch, less than 150t separate batch.
7.2.2 Sampling acceptance of products shall be conducted according to GB/T 10325.
7.3 Qualification Rules
Products are judged according to GB/T 10325. Samples for destructive testing shall be drawn from samples that pass the inspection. All items in Chapter 5 are assessment indicators.
8 Packing, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate
8.1 Packaging, marking, transportation and storage of products shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 16546.
8.2 The product shall be issued with a quality certificate issued by the quality department of the supplier, which shall indicate the name of the supplier or factory mark, the name of the demander, the date of delivery, the contract number, the name of the product, the standard number, the brand number, the brick number, the lot number and the corresponding physical and chemical inspection results.
