本标准规定了玻璃窑用烧结AZS砖的牌号、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则及标志、包装、运输储存和质量证明书。
本标准适用于玻璃窑用烧结AZS砖。

4技术要求
4.1产品的理化性能指标应符合表1的规定。
4.2产品的尺寸允许偏差与外观应符合表2的规定。

5试验方法
5.1制样按GB/T 7321的规定进行。
5.2化学成分按GB/T 4984的规定检验。
5.3体积密度、显气孔率按GB/T 2997的规定检验。
5.4耐压强度按GB/T 5072的规定检验。
5.5荷重软化温度按YB/T 370的规定检验。
5.6热震稳定性按YB/T 376.1的规定检验。
5.7气泡析出率按JC/T 639的规定检验。
5.8抗玻璃液侵蚀按JC/T 805的规定检验。
5.9耐碱性按 JC/T 808的规定检验。
5.10制品的尺寸偏差和外观质量按GB/T 10326的规定检验。
6检验规则
6.1砖以50吨为一批,不足50吨的按实际数量组批。
6.2抽样、验收按GB/T 10325进行,当样品为异型制品时,破坏性检验中的热震稳定性试验的样品应从同种材质的直形标准砖中选取。
6.3尺寸和外观的抽样方案按表3的规定进行。设样本量(n)中的不合格数为y,若y≤c,整批制品为合格批;若y>c,整批制品为不合格批。

6.4破坏性检验的样品应从外观检查合格的样本中抽取,化学成分、体积密度、显气孔率、常温耐压强度、荷重软化开始温度为考核指标,其平均值指标应符合表1的规定。如第一次检验中有项目不合格,允许对该项目复检,复检时可在该批产品中随机抽取双倍数量的测试样本,进行不合格项目的复检,如果其平均值符合表1要求,判为合格批,否则判为不合格批。
7包装、标志、运输、储存和质量证明书
7.1标志、包装、运输和储存按GB/T 16546进行。
7.2砖出厂时附有质量证明书,质量证明书应包括:供方名称、需方名称、合同号、生产日期、产品名称、标准编号、牌号、批号、尺寸、外观及理化指标等内容。

1 Range
This standard specifies the grades, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marks, packaging, transportation and storage and quality certificates of sintered AZS bricks for glass kilns.
This standard is applicable to sintered AZS bricks for glass kilns.

3 Categories
Products are divided into AZS16, AZS20, AZS32 three grades according to the oxidation error content range
4 Technical Requirements
4.1 The physical and chemical properties of the product shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.
4.2 The permissible size deviation and appearance of the product shall comply with the provisions of Table 2.

5 Test methods
5.1 Sample preparation shall be carried out according to GB/T 7321.
5.2 Chemical composition shall be tested according to GB/T 4984.
5.3 Bulk density and apparent porosity shall be tested according to GB/T 2997.
5.4 The compressive strength shall be tested according to GB/T 5072.
5.5 The load softening temperature shall be tested according to YB/T 370.
5.6 Thermal shock stability shall be tested according to YB/T 376.1.
5.7 The bubble precipitation rate shall be tested according to JC/T 639.
5.8 Resistance to liquid glass erosion shall be tested according to JC/T 805.
5.9 Alkaline resistance shall be tested according to JC/T 808.
5.10 The dimensional deviation and appearance quality of the product shall be inspected according to the provisions of GB/T 10326.
6 Inspection Rules
6.1 Bricks shall be made in batches of 50 tons, and those less than 50 tons shall be made in batches according to the actual quantity.
6.2 Sampling and acceptance shall be carried out according to GB/T 10325. When the sample is a deformed product, the sample of thermal shock stability test in destructive inspection shall be selected from the straight standard brick of the same material.
6.3 The sampling scheme for dimensions and appearance is carried out as specified in Table 3. Set the number of unqualified in sample size (n) as y, if y≤c, the whole batch of products is qualified; If y>c, the whole batch of products is unqualified.

6.4 Samples for destructive inspection shall be selected from samples qualified for appearance inspection. Chemical composition, bulk density, apparent porosity, compressive strength at room temperature, and initial temperature of softening under load shall be the assessment indicators, and their average indicators shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. If there are unqualified items in the first inspection, it is allowed to re-inspect the item. During the re-inspection, double the number of test samples can be randomly selected from the batch of products to conduct the re-inspection of the unqualified items. If the average value meets the requirements of Table 1, it is awarded as the qualified batch; otherwise, it is awarded as the unqualified batch.
7 Packing, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate
7.1 Marking, packing, transportation and storage shall be carried out in GB/T 16546.
7.2 Bricks are delivered with a quality certificate, which shall include supplier name, demander name, contract number, production date, product name, standard number, brand number, batch number, size, appearance, physical and chemical index, etc.
