1范围
本标准规定了耐碱耐火浇注料(简称耐碱浇注料)的术语和定义、分类和标记、技术要求、试验方法检验规则以及标志、包装、运输、贮存和质量证明书等。
本标准适用于各种热工窑炉内衬用具有耐碱性的水硬性浇注料。

3术语和定义
下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
3.1
耐碱耐火浇注料 Alkali-resistant refractory castable
以硅铝质材料为骨料和粉料、铝酸盐水泥作结合剂,掺入适当外加剂配制而成的具有耐碱性的水硬性浇注料。
4分类和标记
4.1分类
耐碱浇注料按性能指标分为NJ-1、NJ-2和NJ-3共三个牌号。其中NJ为耐碱汉语拼音首字母。
4.2标记
按产品分类和标准号的顺序进行标记。
示例:耐碱浇注料NJ-1标记为:
NJ-1 JC/T 708
5技术要求
耐碱耐火浇注料的物理性能指标应符合表1的要求。

6试验方法
6.1试样制备
按YB/T 5202.1的规定进行。
6.2耐碱性的测定
按JC/T 808的规定进行。
6.3常温抗折强度的测定
按GB/T 3001的规定进行。
6.4常温耐压强度的测定
按GB/T 5072的规定进行。
6.5加热永久线变化的测定
按GB/T 5988 的规定进行。
7检验规则
7.1检验分类
检验按类型分为出厂检验和型式检验。
7.1.1出厂检验
出厂检验项目包括:常温耐压强度、常温抗折强度和加热永久线变化。
7.1.2型式检验
型式检验项目包括表1的规定的全部内容。在下列情况下进行型式检验:
a)生产工艺或原材料有较大改变时:
b)正常生产时,每年至少进行两次;
c)停产半年以上,恢复生产时;
d)出厂检验结果与上次型式检验结果有较大差异时。
7.2组批与抽样
7.2.1组批
耐碱浇注料按同一牌号组批,每批不超过50t。原料或生产工艺变更时应另组批。
7.2.2抽样
耐碱浇注料的抽样按GB/T 17617的规定进行。
7.3合格判定规则
检验结果符合表1的规定时,判定为合格。若仅有一项不合格时,应对副样进行不合格项的复检复检结果符合表1的规定时,判定为合格。检验结果多于一项不合格时,判定为不合格。
8标志、包装、运输、贮存和质量证明书
8.1标志、包装、运输和贮存
按GB/T 15545 的规定进行。
8.2质量证明书
产品发出时应附有质量证明书及使用说明书,质量证明书应载明供方名称、产品名称、牌号、批号、生产日期、理化指标及执行标准和保存期等内容。
Alkali resistant refractory castable
1 Range
This standard specifies the term and definition, classification and marking, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules, as well as marking, packaging, transportation, storage and quality certificates of alkali-resistant refractory castables (referred to as alkali-resistant castables).
This standard is applicable to all kinds of hydraulic castables with alkali resistance for the lining of thermal kiln.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Alkali-resistant refractory castable
A hydraulic castable with alkali resistance is prepared by using silica-aluminate material as aggregate, powder and aluminate cement as binder and adding appropriate admixtures.
4 Categorize and label
4.1 Classification
Alkali castable is divided into NJ-1, NJ-2 and NJ-3 according to the performance index. NJ is the initial letter of alkali-resistant Chinese pinyin.
4.2 Tags
Label in order of product classification and standard number.
Example: Alkali resistant castable NJ-1 is labeled:

5 Technical Requirements
The physical properties of alkali-resistant refractory castables should conform to the requirements of Table 1.

6 Test methods
6.1 Sample Preparation
According to YB/T 5202.1.
6.2 Determination of alkali resistance
According to JC/T 808.
6.3 Determination of flexural strength at room temperature
According to GB/T 3001.
6.4 Determination of compressive strength at room temperature
According to GB/T 5072.
6.5 Determination of permanent line change of heating
According to GB/T 5988.
7 Inspection Rules
7.1 Inspection Classification
The inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection according to the type.
7.1.1 Factory inspection
Factory inspection items include: room temperature compressive strength, room temperature bending strength and heating permanent line change.
7.1.2 Type inspection
The type inspection item includes all the contents specified in Table 1. Type inspection is performed in the following cases:
a) When there are major changes in the production process or raw materials:
b) During normal production, at least twice a year;
c) stop production for more than half a year and resume production;
d) When there is a big difference between the factory inspection result and the last type inspection result.
7.2 Batch and sampling
7.2.1 Batch Group
The alkali-resistant castable shall be batch according to the same grade, and each batch shall not exceed 50t. Another batch should be made when the raw material or production process is changed.
7.2.2 Sampling
Sampling of alkali-resistant castables is carried out in accordance with GB/T 17617.
7.3 Qualification Rules
If the inspection results conform to the provisions of Table 1, it shall be judged as qualified. If there is only one unqualified item, the sub-sample shall be reinspected for the unqualified item, and the reinspection results shall be judged as qualified if they meet the requirements of Table 1. If there is more than one unqualified inspection result, it will be judged as unqualified.
8 Marking, packing, transportation, storage and quality certificate
8.1 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
According to GB/T 15545.
8.2 Certificate of Quality
When the product is issued, it shall be accompanied by a quality certificate and an instruction manual. The quality certificate shall indicate the supplier’s name, product name, brand number, batch number, production date, physical and chemical index, implementation standard and storage period.
