水泥窑用镁铁铝尖晶石耐火砖
1范围
本标准规定了水泥窑用镁铁铝尖品石耐火砖的分类和标记、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则以及标志、包装、运输、贮存和质量证明书。
本标准适用于以镁砂和预合成铁铝尖品石(化学式为FeO·Al2O3,)为主要原料经压制、烧成用于水泥窑烧成带和过渡带的耐火制品。

3分类和标记
3.1分类
产品按Fe2O3,的质量百分数划分为二个牌号,即:MTL-I和 MTL-Ⅱ。MTL-I用于烧成带,MTL-Ⅱ用于过渡带。
注:牌号中 M、T、L分别为铁、铁、铝汉语拼音首字母,罗马数字为产品品种。
3.2标记
3.2.1产品标记顺序为:标准号和产品牌号。
示例:牌号为MTL-I的水泥窑用镁铁铝尖品石耐火砖,标记为:
JC/T 2231-2014 MTL-I
3.2.2产品砖号按GB/T 17912分类。
3.2.3产品应有热面标记,标记应符合GB/T 18257的要求。
4技术要求
4.1产品尺寸偏差和外观质量应符合表1的规定。

5试验方法
5.1制样按GB/T 7321的规定进行。
5.2产品尺寸偏差和外观按GB/T 10326的规定进行。
5.3MgO、Fe2O3、Al2O3、Cr2O3;质量百分数的测定按GB/T 21114的规定进行。
5.4荷重软化温度的测定按YB/T 370的规定进行
5.5体积密度、显气孔率的试验按GB/T 2997的规定进行。
5.6常温耐压强度的试验按GB/T 5072的规定进行。
5.7抗热震性的测定按YB/T 376.1的规定进行。
5.8导热系数的测定按GB/T 5990的规定进行。
5.9热膨胀率的检测按 GB/T 7320 的规定进行。
6检验规则
6.1检验分类
检验分为出厂检验和型式检验。
6.1.1出厂检验
出厂检验项目包括尺寸允许偏差及外观质量、化学成分、荷重软化温度、体积密度、显气孔率和常温耐压强度。
6.1.2型式检验
型式检验包括表1和表2的全部内容。在下列情况下进行型式检验:
a)生产工艺或原材料有较大改变时:
b)正常生产时,每年至少进行一次;
c)停产半年以上,恢复生产时:出厂检验结果与上次型式检验结果有较大差异时:
d)出厂检验结果与上次型式检验结果有较大差异时:
e)国家质量监督机构提出型式检验要求时。
6.2组批与抽样
6.2.1产品按同一类别组批,每批不超过300t。
6.2.2抽样按GB/T 10325的规定进行
6.3判定规则
产品的判定按GB/T 10325的规定进行。
7标志、包装、运输、贮存和质量证明书
7.1标志、包装、运输和贮存按GB/T 16546-1996中3.3.1.3进行。
7.2产品出厂时应附有质量证明书,质量证明书应包括:供方名称、需方名称、生产日期、有效期限、产品名称、标准编号、牌号、批号、尺寸、外观质量和理化指标等内容。
Magnesia ferric alumina spinel refractory brick for cement kiln
1 Range
This standard specifies the classification and marking, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules as well as marking, packaging, transportation, storage and quality certificates of magnesia ferric alumina pyropyrite refractory bricks for cement kilns.
This standard is applicable to the refractory products made of magnesia and pre-synthesized iron-aluminum cuspite (chemical formula FeO·Al2O3,) as the main raw materials by pressing and firing for cement kiln firing zone and transition zone.

3 Categorize and label
3.1 Classification
The product is divided into two grades according to the mass percentage of Fe2O3, namely: McL-I and McL-II. McL-I is used for the firing zone, and McL-II is used for the transition zone.
Note: In the brand, M, T and L are the initial letters of iron, iron and aluminum respectively, and Roman numerals are the product varieties.
3.2 Tags
3.2.1 Product marking sequence: standard number and product brand.
Example: cement kiln magnesium-ferrium-aluminite refractory brick, grade McL-I, marked:
JC/T 2231-2014 MTL-I
3.2.2 Product brick number is classified by GB/T 17912.
3.2.3 The product shall be marked with hot surface, which shall meet the requirements of GB/T 18257.
4 Technical Requirements
4.1 The size deviation and appearance quality of the product shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.

5 Test methods
5.1 Sample preparation shall be carried out according to GB/T 7321.
5.2 Product size deviation and appearance shall be in accordance with GB/T 10326.
5.3MgO, Fe2O3, Al2O3, Cr2O3; The mass percentage is determined according to GB/T 21114.
5.4 The load softening temperature shall be determined according to YB/T 370
5.5 The test of bulk density and apparent porosity shall be carried out according to GB/T 2997.
5.6 The compressive strength test at room temperature shall be carried out according to the provisions of GB/T 5072.
5.7 Thermal shock resistance shall be measured according to YB/T 376.1.
5.8 The thermal conductivity is determined according to GB/T 5990.
5.9 The thermal expansion rate shall be measured according to GB/T 7320.
6 Inspection Rules
6.1 Inspection Classification
The inspection is divided into ex-factory inspection and type inspection.
6.1.1 Factory inspection
Factory inspection items include size tolerance and appearance quality, chemical composition, load softening temperature, bulk density, apparent porosity and room temperature compressive strength.
6.1.2 Type inspection
The type inspection includes all the contents of Tables 1 and 2. Type inspection is performed in the following cases:
a) When there are major changes in the production process or raw materials:
b) At least once a year during normal production;
c) Stop production for more than half a year and resume production: When there is a big difference between the factory inspection results and the last type inspection results:
d) When there is a big difference between the factory inspection result and the last type inspection result:
e) When the national quality supervision agency proposes the type inspection requirements.
6.2 Batch and sampling
6.2.1 Products shall be grouped into batches of the same category, with each batch not exceeding 300t.
6.2.2 Sampling shall be conducted according to GB/T 10325
6.3 Decision Rules
The product is judged according to GB/T 10325.
7 Marking, packing, transportation, storage and quality certificate
7.1 Marking, packing, transportation and storage shall be carried out in accordance with 3.3.1.3 in GB/T 16546-1996.
7.2 The product shall be accompanied by a quality certificate when it leaves the factory. The quality certificate shall include: supplier name, demander name, production date, validity period, product name, standard number, brand number, batch number, size, appearance quality and physical and chemical index.
