4技术要求
4.1 总则
回转窑用耐火砖热面标记通常采用沟法。根据需要可采用色标法作为补充标记注:是否需要色标由供需双方商定。
4.2 沟槽法
沟槽类型
4.2.1沟槽类型
为了便于辨认,每种沟槽的形状应不同,并深人砖体。所有槽口周边应呈弧形。图1给出了三种沟槽形状,可任选其中一种。沟槽的尺寸不做规定。
4.2.2 标记位置
沟槽应位于耐火砖热面中心线上或距该中心线约 66 mm 的直线上,如图1所示

4.2.3 沟槽辨认标记组合
图2给出了四种沟槽组合,每种砖型可任选其中一种,同一环中的不同砖型应选择不同形式的沟槽组合以便于区分。

4.3 色标法
采用色标法是对 4.2沟槽法的补充。色彩标记应在发运之前涂在耐火砖的热面上,标记颜色可从白色、黄色、红色、绿色,蓝色中选择,所选颜色应与耐火砖本体颜色形成较大的对比,使其能够清晰地被辨认。

4 Technical Requirements
4.1 General Rules
The groove method is usually used to mark the hot surface of refractory brick in rotary kiln. According to the need, the color code method can be used as a supplementary marking Note: Whether the color code is needed is agreed by the supply and demand parties.
4.2 Groove Method
Groove type.
4.2.1 Trench Type
For ease of identification, the shape of each trench should be different and deep into the brick body. All notch edges should be curved. Figure 1 shows three groove shapes, one of which can be selected. The size of the groove is not specified.
4.2.2 Marking Positions
The groove should be located on the center line of the hot surface of the firebrick or on a line about 66 mm from the center line, as shown in Figure 1

4.2.3 Groove identification label combination
Figure 2 shows four groove combinations, one of which can be selected for each brick type, and different types of groove combinations should be selected for different brick types in the same ring to facilitate differentiation.

4.3 Color coding method
The use of color coding method is a supplement to 4.2 groove method. The color mark should be painted on the hot surface of the firebrick before shipment. The color of the mark can be selected from white, yellow, red, green, and blue. The selected color should be in contrast with the body color of the firebrick so that it can be clearly identified.
