高铝砖国家标准
1范围
本标准规定了高铝砖的分类形状,尺寸,技术要求,实验方法,检验规则,包装标志,运输储存及质量证明书。
本标准适用于单重不大于18kg的一般用途的高铝砖。
2规范性引用文件。
下列文件中的条款通过本标准的引用而成为本标准的条款,凡是注明日期的引用文件,其随后所有的修改单(不包括勘误)的内容或修订版的均不适用于本标准。然而,鼓励根据本标准达成。协议的各方研究是否可以使用这些文件的最新版本。凡是不注明日期的引用文件,其最新版本适用于本标准。

3.分类及形状尺寸
3.1砖按理化指标分为:LZ-80 LZ-75,LZ-65,LZ 55,LZ-48 五个牌号
3.2砖的形状尺寸应符合 GB/T 2992 的规定,亦可按需方提供的图纸进行生产
3.3砖的分型应符合 GB/T 10324 的规定。
技术要求
4.1砖的理化指标应符合表1的规定
4.2砖的尺寸允许偏差及外观应符合表2的规定
4.3砖的断面层裂应符合表2中裂纹的数值规定

5.试验方法
5.1 砖的检验制样按 GB/T 7321 进行。
5.2 Al2O3的测定按 GB/T 6900.4-1986 进行。
5.3显气孔率的检验按 GB/T 2997 2000 进行。
5.4常温耐乐强度的检验按 GB/T 5072 进行。
5.5荷重软化开始温度的检验按 YB/T 370一1995 进行。
5.6加热永久线变化的检验按 GB/T 5988 进行。
5.7 砖的尺寸、外观及断面的检验按 GB/T 10326 2001 进行。
6检验规则
6.1 砖的抽样、验收按 GB/T 10325-2001 进行。复验时试样检验结果的允许偏差应符合表3 中第2栏的规定。

6.2采用GB/T 10325-2001 附录 A5.3 抽样验收时,表1中的数值为保证平均值,其标准差由表3中第3栏给出。
6.13本标准推荐的物理检测验收项目为:气孔率、荷重软化开始温度、常温耐压强度。
7包装、运翰、储存、标志及质量证明
7.1 砖的包装、运输、储存按 GB/T 16546-1996 进行。
7.2 砖发出时应附有供方质量监督部门签发的质量证明书,载明:供方名称、需方名称、发货日期、产品名称、标准编号、牌号、砖号、批号及相应的理化指标。

1 Range
This standard specifies the classification shape, size, technical requirements, experimental methods, inspection rules, packaging marks, transportation and storage and quality certificates of high aluminum bricks.
This standard is applicable to high alumin um bricks of general purpose with a single weight of no more than 18kg .
2 Normative citation documents.
Provisions in the following document s become provisions of this Standard by reference to this standard, and all subsequent amendments (excluding corrigenda) or revised versions of the dated citations shall not apply to this Standard. However, compliance with this Standard is encouraged. The parties to the agreement study whether the most recent version of these documents can be used. For undated references, the most recent version of these documents shall apply to this Standard.

- Classification and shape size
3.1 Bricks are divided into five grades according to physical and chemical indexes :LZ -80 LZ-75,LZ-65,LZ 55,LZ-48
3.2 The shape and size of the bricks shall comply with the provisions of GB /T 2992, and can also be produced according to the drawings provided by the demander.
3.3 The classification of bricks shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 10324.
- Technical requirements
4.1 The physical and chemical indexes of bricks shall conform to the provisions of Table 1.
The size permissible deviation and appearance of bricks shall comply with the provisions of Table 2.
4.3 The section spalling of bricks shall conform to the numerical regulations of cracks in Table 2

- Test method
5.1 The brick inspection sample is made according to GB/T 7321.
5.2 Al2O3 was determined according to GB/T 6900.4-1986.
5.3 The apparent porosity was tested according to GB/T 2997 2000.
5.4 The test of Nitro strength at room temperature is carried out according to GB/T 5072.
5.5The test of the starting temperature of load softening shall be carried out according to YB/T370-1995.
5.6 The test of the change of the heating permanent line is carried out according to GB/T 5988.
5.7 The inspection of size, appearance and section of bricks shall be carried out according to GB/T 10326 2001.
6 Inspection Rules
6.1 Sampling and acceptance of bricks shall be carried out according to GB/T 10325-2001. The permissible deviation of the test result of the sample at the time of reinspection shall comply with the provisions in column 2 of Table 3.

6.2 When sampling acceptance is adopted in Appendix A5.3 of GB/T 10325-2001, the values in Table 1 are the guaranteed average values, and the standard deviation is given in column 3 of Table 3.
6.3 The recommended physical test acceptance items of this standard are : porosity, load softening starting temperature, normal temperature compressive strength.
- Packaging, handling, storage, marking and quality certification
7.1 The packing, transportation and storage of bricks shall be carried out according to GB/T 16546-1996.
7.2 When the bricks are issued, the quality certificate issued by the quality supervision department of the supplier shall be attached, indicating the name of the supplier, the name of the demander, the date of delivery, the name of the product, the standard number, the brand number, the brick number, the lot number and the corresponding physical and chemical index.
