耐火材料制造关键技术:粉体处理与高温烧结的协同作用

  无论是定型还是不定形耐火材料,其开始的主要原料都是使用粉体、并根据其产品形态通过一定工艺制造而得。其共同的重要工艺是粉体处理。定型耐火材料中的成型工艺、烧结型定型耐火材料(烧结耐火砖等)中的烧结工艺是十分重要的。耐火材料制造工艺中所使用的设备、装置要适应于各工艺条件。

  耐火材料的原料(合成产品)制造工艺和耐火材料成品相比是多样的、具有代表性的工艺是类似于水泥制造的高温粉体处理工艺。

  烧结砖的制造工艺流程如图1-3所示,不烧结砖和不定形耐火材料的制造工艺是此工艺的简略化。

  Whether it is shaped or amorphous refractory, the main raw material is the use of powder, and according to its product form through a certain process. Their common important process is powder treatment. The molding process in shaped refractories and the sintering process in sintered shaped refractories (sintered refractory bricks, etc.) are very important. The equipment and devices used in the refractory manufacturing process should be adapted to each process condition.

  The manufacturing process of raw materials (synthetic products) of refractory materials is diverse compared to the finished products of refractory materials, and the typical process is the high-temperature powder processing process similar to cement manufacturing.

  The manufacturing process of sintered brick is shown in Figure 1-3, and the manufacturing process of unsintered brick and amorphous refractory is a simplification of this process
