  示例 1:

  R=7000 mm、A=1000 mm、采用C=B=400 mm 楔形炭块高炉炉缸环形炭块砌体,计算一层炭块数量。

 【方案】

  示例 2:

  Kx=125.7-0.01567×7000=16.0(块)

  Kd=0.03134×7000-125.7=93.7(块)

  Kh=0.01567×7000=109.7(块)

  高炉炉缸上部环形炭块砌体的外部直径为 18000 mm,砌以 B=C=500 mm 和 A=1000 mm 楔形炭块,计算一层用量。

【方案】

  Kx=0.01254(10020-9000)=12.8(块)

  Kd=0.02508x(9000-5010)=100.1(块)

  Kh=0.01254×9000=112.9(块)
